I've been wearing L'eggs Sheer Energy sheer to waistfor 30 years. The manufacturing recently moved, and I have to say, the new L'egss SE are BETTER than before! I wear suntan 90% of the time, and the new color is so perfect for my naturally tanned legs. The shine is perfect! The support is also perfect, no squeezing like a sausage! The durablity is incredible!! I can go many wearings per pair. You can't go wrong with these hose! I don't recommend welding in them, but everything else is game on. I often get sked, how do you do that without getting a run? I smile, I say, L'eggs Sheer Energy in the right size! Get 'em you'll love em
when it comes to purchasing classic leggs sheer energy, Walmart is the go to source. A product which was once found in every store, drug store, and gas station and is now much harder to find and still very popular with men and women across the country Walmart makes availability easy.
I have been wearing Hanes hosiery for at least 50 years. I was an executive assistant in the workforce and extreme active. I wore these everyday and used the old ones on weekends to work in the yard. Now I am retired and have had knee surgery I am using this hosiery as compression hosiery. Still works great for whatever you need them for. I hope they never go away.
The medium support hose are true to size, feel the compression on my legs. I wish they were run free and the price a little bit lower.
I have been wearing this brand for years, and I absolutely love them. They last a really long time, have great support, and hide a multitude of sins (if you know what I mean). Great fit and they feel silky on my skin.
The good ol' Leggs Sheer Energy. They are almmost getting hard to find anymore. They are the best support hose and last quite a while. The fit is geat and the suntan color is the bset. I do wish they still had the light support hose in a sheer-to-waist style.
I don't think that there has been a time in the past 40 plus years that I've ever had anything less than five stars for sheer energy. My only complaint is that all of the colors seem to be gone now and it's just nude, suntan, jet black, off black. (Taupe was nice) When it comes to sizing, the best way to decide what size you are in my experience, is to take for instance, size Q and Q Plus. There's only a 1-inch height difference so that's almost negligible. So, take the weight range of each size, take the bottom and the top, add them together and divide by two. Basically getting the average. If your true weight is closer to one or the other of those results, that's the one you should go with. Such as, I technically can wear both Q and Q Plus. But my weight average of the range of each size is closer to Q Plus. In 10 or 15 lb from now, if I lost weight, I would be comfortably in a size Q. They always say size up if you're on the line. But with the size chart being so inclusive, that measurement average is how I decide which size to get. I would like to see some shade between nude and suntan. But other than that, you absolutely cannot go wrong.
L'eggs Sheer Energy sheer pantyhose have been my go to brand for many years. They have become much harder to find in my size (Q+) in stores and online. I have read that they are produced in various foreign countries. The latest order was 6 pair and they were made in China. Their quality is below what I have been accustomed to previously. On some of them there was no label. The waist band appeared slightly stretched even before being worn. The nylon content seems higher than previous pairs and they appear less glossy and supportive. They claim to be medium support but I'm curious if the nylon/spandex content has changed as they look and feel less durable than one's that have preciously come from other countries like Mexico. It is unfortunate because I wear these regularly and it seems like they may be becoming a thing of the past with quality and availability. Sorry L'eggs but some quality improvement is warranted in my opinion.
One of the boxes was open on the corner and after pulling the pantyhose out there was one missing. Box should have had 2 pantyhose.
The product has been opened prior to shipping and one pair of pantyhose removed from the carton. Request a refund.
