Legion Athletics Revitalize Menopause Support Supplement, EstroG-100, Soy Isoflavones & Black Cohosh, 60 Veggie Capsules

I don't have hot flashes during the day, but I have experienced night time sweats. I take this product at night before I go to bed and it has helped reduce the night sweats. It's a little bit variable; some nights I don't wake up hot and sweaty at all and other nights the hot sweatiness is just reduced, but to a noticeable degree. This is significant to me because this is happening while the weather is heating up and I might be more prone to being warmer at night anyway. So I do think that this supplement can be beneficial to help manage perimenopause symptoms like hot flashes and night sweats.

I was reading that soy isoflavones help with joint pain and inflammation so I thought I would give it a try. With all the good reviews of many people who say they got relief, I figured it must help. I don't have a history of hormonal cancers so I feel safe ingesting soy.
