Lenovo Legion Go for Remote work and travel

An amazing device.

ADJ9 April 14, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An amazing handheld. Plays all games I throw at it really well. Was extremely amazed at getting FFVII Rebirth running on the device with very minimal tweaking. Would highly recommend getting this device especially if you enjoy using detachable controllers as well. I also use it as a tablet to watch videos whenever im cooking as well so it serves many purposes asides from just a gaming handheld.

Legion Go: Where Power Meets Portability

Beardthelion January 30, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love my legion go! It has single-handedly reignited my gaming passion so much so that it feels like my first time gaming as a kid. Gaming on the legion go has been the best gaming experience I have ever had.

Legion go beast !!

Jalal ras November 30, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been buying handhelds ( window pc handhelds ) from ayaneo since they started releasing them . I used to purchase ayaneo because of their build and power . However they released a unit every three months and it was a very expensive option . Steam deck then was released but the power wasn't there . Till Lenovo released the legion go . The legion go has a gorgeous 1600P screen , refresh rate is just amazing 144HZ . The controllers are made with care and the Hall effect sensors are a guarantee you won't go with stick drift . This beast has everything going for it , the apu the z1 extreme performs extremely well . I have had games locked at 60 at its native resolution. I have had no issues with this handheld and telling everyone buy it ! This system never gets hot and average temps are between 52 and 65 depending on the load . While I can bump up the TDP to 30 I only leave it at balanced and enjoy every game with it ! Lenovo you guys have nailed it from the build quality to its performance !

Amazing little machine

Randol Crocker December 19, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I truly love this machine. It's portable powerful and allows me to set the legion go down and detached the controller to play. Now it be even better if we get some controller mounts for detached use then it be perfect.

Very powerful machine

Daniel Sanchez January 5, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is honestly the most surprising purchase I have made in so long. This thing literally does everything that i need it to do and its ultra portable especially since it comes with a carrying case from the get go. Streaming to my tv is flawless and the input adjustes perfectly so there is no lag (when using Chrome) overall very satisfied and looking forward to future upgrades.

Go Mobile with the Legion

Ryan Gocal December 10, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Legion Go is the handheld that combines several tactics for comfort. I find myself just disconnecting the legion controllers and using the device as a gaming tablet the most. The Switch like atmosphere was easy to adapt to but I still find myself using my series elite controller vs the hand held grips. Even after the handheld has served it's purpose, it also serves as a mobile pc for the office. It does suffer from a few standby issues as I may need to cold boot the device from steam sometimes but performance for it's design is pretty dang good. Don't buy this device expecting high performance but mobile quality. The screen may push 144hz but you may never hit that in a triple A game. Turn it down to 60hz and save your battery life. Destiny 2, Remant 2, Cyberpunk 2077 and Halo infinite at my finger tips. Also using a USB type c cable to shoot my screen to a bigger monitor is a plus. Also the FPS mode is really innovative. I'd love to see key bindings to the legion buttons other than to summon legion space (of which I've un-installed)

Great handheld design, getting better with updates

Adam Potman January 12, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are many different handhelds this generation and they are all built with very similar specs, so, features matter. FPS mode does take some time to get to use, but, it works well. It is a great middle ground between joysticks and keyboard/mouse. The screen is large enough and bright enough for those older gamers or those who need bigfer screens. It does miss out on some screen features and the screen is portait screen by default so that does complicate things, but, that is not a Legion Go issue, specifically. I love this thing and this is coming from someone that has 4 different handhelds from this generation and I always Go for Go.

Strong Core but a few tiny Issues

Todaly October 26, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall excellent device with some hiccups in software and hardware but great support and community keep this going strong. I had issues with my detachable controllers but with a single phone call and a few emails i was sent a replacement pair that solved my problem. And for software is is good not to obtrusive and very helpful even if it doesn't look the best the core is strong and a fresh coat of paint will improve it even more. Overall Hardware 7/10 Software 7/10 Support 10/10 If you want a unique handheld PC and you like some tinkering this is the device for you.

Lenovo legion go

FelixTech March 17, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lenovo Legion Go has the potential to be better gaming wise, some game titles play better than others but only happens to installed games, doesn't apply to cloud gaming. Too much tweaking on the Amd app to get the installed games to run smoothly. The speakers sound terrible, even though I understand the conservative of power since the battery doesn't really last that long to begin with(only applies to gaming)good battery power when browsing and streaming movies. Other than that I love the size and the clarity of the screen, I don't really use the touchpad but At the same time I don't mind it being there. I like the detachable controllers but occasionally one might come off while holding it. I work at a hospital and on my breaks I like to game a little, but a lot of the times I'm tweaking the Legion go to play some titles. I play Call of duty normally and the stress of tweaking the settings to play this game without crashing has been a nightmare, too much video lag.
