I love this protein powder so much! It's so easy to drink and dissolves perfectly in my water! In my opinion, taste like a delicious light blue raspberry blow pop in the summertime!

This is a great non-stim preworkout. I like to mix it with a half scoop of the stimulant version when I want that — because omg the caffeinated version as an INSANE amount of caffeine in it. But even on its own this one is great, gives that performance edge without jitters. I have my teen athlete swimmer on it and she likes this versus taking the same ingredients in pill form which is not a fan off. I'm just a little confused why the stim version and the non stim have such different ingredients over all, it's not just caffeine vs no caffeine.

The taste (fruit punch) is okay. I like that it does not have any sucralose and there's no after taste. I purchased the non-stim and don't really believe it has made any noticeable impact on my energy during training sessions so a bit disappointed about that.

I was expecting better flavoring in this pre workout. The flavor isn't exactly there, it's like unflavorful. I usually workout in the morning and after taking it, I felt nothing. I wouldn't suggest this unless this is your first time purchasing pre-workout and dont want anything strong. I tried it a couple different times and was unsatisfied with this.
