I am a Lego collector, and I missed this set while on vacation. I ordered it but when it arrived the box was crushed. i did return the item because of how bad the box was crushed.

Perfect for Jane fans
So happy I could even find this set since it's retired now. I got this for my Jane Austen fan mom and she absolutely loved it. All the details like the writing desk are too adorable.

Excellent
Excellent collectible LEGO set. It arrived sealed and in very good condition, which was important to me as a collector. Packaging was secure and the item was exactly as described. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Easy first build, fiddly small parts
I am a Jane Austen fan, and this was my first, "adult," Lego set. (I'm 67yo F.) So many tiny pieces, but they were logically packaged in smaller bags inside the box, so mixing things up was impossible for me. I didn't know what I was doing, so I took my time. I suppose that, spread out over a couple of days, it took about 3 hours to build, but I was balancing pieces on my lap, as I was in the recliner with a broken ankle. It's lovely, and I've purchased a set called "Books Are my Passion," as a companion piece.
