Lego 7596 Trash Compactor Escape

I ordered this for my son's 8 year old brother for Christmas. He loved it! A lot of pieces so it it is made for a very patient child. I ordered it on-line for $15 cheaper than in the store! Great deal for someone who loves Toy Story and loves to build.

This product was a Christmas gift for my son. He loved putting it together. He ran into a few problems with the large pieces staying together.

I bought this for my son and he absolutely loved it. It was very easy to assemble and he loved the characters that it came with.

My newphew loved it! He and his friends get together and play with this and they all enjoy it.

My grandson asked specifically asked for this item for his 7th birthday, and we were able to locate it at Walmart.com. Unlike other of his Lego sets, this one seems to have some moveable components that apparently emulate a scene from the movie (unfortunately, I did not see the movie but he has). Assembly took some time, but he has assembled several sets before and frankly amazes me as how quickly he steps through the process. I frankly am not sure I could have followed the intricate instructions, and I would certainly not recommend this for new Lego users. He especially enjoys the characters that came with the set. All this being said, I thought the set seemed a bit expensive when viewed as a finished product. Nonetheless, my grandson thoroughly enjoys!
