I bought this for a Christmas present for my 81 yr old husband. He loved it. It was fun, directions were easy to follow. It sits on our kitchen table and we intend to buy additional sets, just for the fun of it

I bought this set so I could teach about flower parts, just like I plan on using the insects and king fisher for other lessons, but I personally enjoy collecting the botanicals and other sets since I have cats and they’ll eat real plants, but this, like the others in my collection was fun to build, and a low maintenance way to enjoy something that adds beauty to our home!

I bought this set to help spruce up my home, and it has done just that. The pot itself looks great, and is built the same way that the Orchid pot is, but slightly different exterior. I hope Lego continues using it as a base for future botanical sets. The flowers are a bit repetitive to build, but was expected. The flowers look beautiful and they are posed in angles that make it look organic. This set has all flowers pointing forward, so not the best for displaying on the center of the table, but it looks absolutely amazing on a shelf or a wall facing desk. As a huge botanical fan, this one is one of the better sets, and looks excellent displayed amongst the other botanicals. Would absolutely recommend.

My daughters and I build a lot of Lego’s this is my wife’s first. She had an absolute blast doing it with my daughters helping. So much fun for us all.

This was a fun build, not too hard but a great distraction for my mind..I enjoyed watching as it came together. The final product is even better in person and pretty enough that I plan to keep it on my shelf to enjoy. Would definitely recommend.

I recently bought the new LEGO Hibiscus set for myself, and I absolutely love it! It was easy and fun to assemble, with high-quality pieces that fit perfectly. The build was repetitive in a good way. I loved the process of building up the foundation layers of the flower pot, and constructing the outer layers of the pot. The various shades of purple and pink added depth to the flowers, and I really loved the effect of using seashells for the hibiscus petals. The flowers are detailed and realistic. Unlike other commenters, I think that the glossy pieces make the petals catch the light and stand out. The pieces used to build the stem fit together really easily and the plant seems very sturdy. I also appreciate the detail and whimsy of wrapping the long straight piece around the stem to act as a vine. LEGO did an excellent job designing this set. I do wish that it was slightly less expensive.
