It's Lego is amazingly fun. The instructions are not too difficult to follow considering this is for older children or adults. Hours of entertainment I highly recommend it really doesn't seem to be for anyone under the age of 12.

NA16 Batman

BiggestPureKnees July 25, 2024

Bought this originally to get the 1966 model but ended up buying 3 more. Going to try and cobble together all 8 from Lego we have at home already. Great build.

Lego/Batman Must Have

bruce June 1, 2025

Two things I love about this is it's Lego and Batman. You can only build one of the eight at a time but its fun to build and rebuild. Lego quality as usually.

Batman Brickheadz just ok

JoeY September 21, 2025

I realize that it wouldn't be possible to build all 8 styles of Batman. The Lego 3 in 1 creator is similar. But this Batman one was disappointing because I was using every bag and small pieces from each of 8 bags, it wouldn't make a rebuild very fun. Also much smaller than I expected, overall. Positive note were the cool glow in the dark eyes.

To expensive for a Brickhead with a few extras

KingSlipperyFly January 10, 2025

Got it for my Birthday. I had hoped to build 7 of them with some extra parts, but finding out which ones you need is hard. There is just one paper booklet. For the rest there is not even a PDF! You have to rely on the crappy Lego Builder App. Building with that is garbage, I like to build to get away from screens, now I can't build without it! The instructions also have way to many steps, even a 3 year old can build it this way! (Psstt, it's a 10+ set)

Could have been great, but it's not

Sarah November 15, 2024

Instructions provided are only for one brickhead, not for all 8. And you can't even get the rest of the instructions through the website on PDF cause they're not there. LEGO is forcing consumers onto their horrible app. This set could have been amazing, but it just comes across as lazy and makes me incredible concerned lego will phase of paper instructions to force users onto their buggy app.

8 in 1 more like 1 in 8

matthew January 6, 2026

An actual waste of money completely falsely advertising that you potently get to build all 8 but the reality is your paying to build one of said models and possibly change it to another which is actually stupid why not just put all 8 in a set instead of doing this? WHY?!?!?

Disappointing

HappySpikyEggplant July 18, 2024

This set was a complete miss on every level. Only one model can be built at a time, a fact that is well disclosed... there is no list made for consumers to order extra pieces from pick a brick to build all sets. You will need at least 2 sets as the chest plates are printed on both sides. No physical instructions for 7 of the models. The images in the app depict 2x3 flat plate to have graphics printed on blue and black pieces - but the actual pieces are just blank. Terrible value, greed move by Lego. I am beyond disappointed.

Disappointing.

Cosmicick October 2, 2024

I'm a big BTAS fan and was excited to see more Lego based on that area of the Batman IP. Unfortunately, this overpriced set is just the Bronze Age Batman with some pieces for the 7 additional alternative builds, with no included instructions for the alternative builds. You're expected to use an app that just doesn't work, and even if it did I think the inflated price should warrant the inclusion of actual physical instructions. Ridiculously poor value for money and a severe lack of foresight as far as customer experience goes. Lego is a break from tech for a lot of us and now we're expected to sit with a screen while we build?

Such a shame really

DangerLiam July 18, 2024

I find myself only really able to add to a growing consensus on this product. This is the first time I've bought a LEGO product that has made me wish I'd felt compelled to thoroughly investigate it before making a purchase, which is a stark departure from my usual enthusiasm for LEGO. The primary issue lies in the set's build limitations. While I was aware that it wouldn't be possible to construct all figures simultaneously, the reality that you can only build one figure at a time is highly disappointing. Potential buyers should be aware that, at most, you'll be utilizing fewer than 100 pieces from the set at any given time. Moreover, for those with extensive collections who were hoping to mix and match pieces to create additional figures, there is another significant drawback. The unique pieces intended to serve as chest components are double-sided. This means that even if you wanted to assemble more than one figure simultaneously, you will find yourself lacking the necessary pieces unless you purchase another set. Personally, I find this option unappealing. Additionally, considering the price of this set, it is baffling why the instructions aren't provided in a high-quality, comprehensive booklet. The requirement to download an app to access the full building instructions is inconvenient and leaves a negative impression. It's completely against the experience I want to have with a LEGO product. In conclusion, I find myself likely to leave this set in its default build, feeling that it was a poor decision overall. I sincerely hope that the LEGO Group will take this feedback into account and address these issues for any similar future product. Improving the build experience and providing better value for their customers.
