Great set. Easy to assemble for my 8 year old who loves Legos.

My grandson who is 12, put this together by himself! A little more challenging, but enjoyed it.

I am 61 years old and I have an eight year-old grandson who loves Legos. His has recently shared the experience with me and I have become hooked. I am building larger, elaborate classic car sets on my own. I also bought this Coast Guard boat set for us to complete together it was a wonderful experience in time with my grandson that I’ll always cherish. Thank you Lego

This Coast Guard themed building set contains all the essential pieces to create an actual coast guard boat that really floats! It comes with an easy instruction manual with step by step directions for how to construct the proposed project. I appreciate that these types of toys are not only creative but are also hands-on and provide hours of enjoyment both during and after the building process.

This took them a long time to put together and they had a lot of fun doing it. I’m glad it takes a while because these are expensive. It looks great with their other Lego’s and the quality is superb.

My son who's 9 years old built it over 2 days and stayed very focused the entire time, which made it a fun and engaging project. The pieces feel high quality and durable, and the components fit together perfectly. Both the boat an the helicopter have great maneuverability and functionality. They move and operate smoothly during play. The set encourages action and imaginative scenarios letting kids create fun and rescue missions. My kids were very excited to build it and start playing right away. The Boat and Helicopter both look cool and are easy to put together with instructions. My kids love pretending they are doing rescue missions in the water and air. The lego pieces feel strong. Overall, it’s a great set that keeps my kids busy and using thei imagination.

However, when finished it will be really nice to enjoy imaginative play but I do believe they should have made some of the pieces larger Lego pieces. That way, you don't lose the value of wanting to play with it because you struggle to put it together.

Or even as a family project. The kids seem excited and we've spent a lot of time just organizing the pieces. The features are really cool and I am excited to see it float once it is completed.
