Loved buying the kit. Easy, fast, fun, reasonable amount of pieces. Only negative, which was fixed with one extra brick, was no on vehicle shovel storage.
My husband and myself has fun with this set, it has some basic tecnic pieces we hadn't used before.
I bought this lovely construction vehicle to go along with my construction designer building which I'm yet to start building and it would look great alongside a construction site with the building half built. I plan to buy a dumpster truck as well. That's the plan for my city.
Im in my 50's and i am not ashamed to say that I've loved LEGO my entire life and I always will. Such creative minds on the development teams. To come up with all the different kits that relate to all people is to be commended. Thanks LEGO, Jason.
Excellent addition to my already large collection of construction vehicles, especially with the new road plates I can make a scene that looks like the road is being paved!

LEGO City Construction Steamroller is the best toy ever! I love the big steamroller and the cool worker minifigure. I pretend I'm building a new road in LEGO City. The instructions are easy to follow, so I could build it all by myself. This is a great toy for anyone who likes construction or LEGOs.

This steamroller is a great little build and good addition to any LEGO construction crew. It's built well, the figure is nice, but it bugs me that it's built in the standard yellow colour when the other new construction vehicles are built in this beautiful marigold colour. It's not a big deal because that means the steamroller matches the older construction stuff, but it's still a bizarre design choice.
