The instructions were clear, so it was easy to follow, and putting it together was just the right balance of fun without being frustrating. The details are really well done, and it feels sturdy once built. My little one has already had so much fun with it, and it definitely kept us all entertained. A great set for anyone who loves construction vehicles.

The manual was very easy to operate and figure out. The included mini figures and accessories add great value and inspire building site adventures. Haven't done Lego since being a kid, but what fun it is. Would 100% do more!

The instructions were clear , the build was fun, and the moving bucket and backhoe make it much more interactive. The quality is exactly what you'd expect from LEGO and it's a great set for young construction vehicles fans. It kept us entertained and looks fantastic once built!

After the awesome Bulldozer, Excavator, Crane and Cement Mixer, we were wondering when the next construction vehicles were going to drop and this Backhoe did not disappoint!! Super fun to build, with enough little details, and having two movable scoops/buckets on each side is really great! My son and I are able to do many things with it while playing! We can't wait for the Dump Truck and Front Loader later this summer!! The Construction vehicle sets are incredible and keep getting better!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lego city Backhoe Loader is a great set and takes good couple of hours to build it. Instructions are very clear and understandable and all parts fitting really well, except the last part on wheels for some reason couldn't put on. Really enjoyable set to put in together and play. Front and back digging arms are moving. Set contains two mini figures and the toilet as well. When playing wheels are falling down unfortunately. Overall a great looking set.

It was fun to build until I was missing a piece. There was a piece in box but would not work.

Lego City sets are always great builds that results in a great toy for hours of play. I highly recommend any Lego Speed Champions or Lego City set. Great for adult collectors or kids. The best thing about this set is the port-a-potty, so much play possibilities.

A great addition to the Lego City Mammoth construction sets. Scales quite nicely with the tipper lorry from set number 60467. The build is not complicated, yet has some good features including a battery pack under the bonnet and working hydraulic rams for the excavator bucket. This set also includes a bit of rubble and a new type of boulder that can hold a gem inside making for a fun play feature. Unfortunately, this set does not have a printed construction logo, it's a sticker. Addition, this set should have had offset tire sizes, much like the tractor set number 60498.

Fun building process, wonderful design, and overall a good kit. My gripes are personal. I would have preferred a ratchet instead of a ball joint for posabilty, and the cab is a bit loose.

Backhoe bucket looks great, but the functional design was a bit missed, as it can not fold in enough to hold LEGO pieces and be dumped in a LEGO Dump Truck. Either a new designed technic piece with an angled bend or 3D printed mold piece could correct that mistake. The rear stabilizers were poorly designed and easily could have been given better pieces to look better and actually be functional(lift the backend off the surface and actually stabilize the Backhoe). I don't appreciate LEGO indoctrinating Electric Machines on kids, as it shows a world political stance that is not actually the truth. Electric machines and vehicles don't produce the environment benefits that are being advertised to the world(the costs outweigh the actual benefits). Overall still a great front loader backhoe, as this was overdue by LEGO(last release for a city hadn't been done since 1992)!
