i have been buying LEGOS FOR OVER 40 YEARS. These were for my son's granddaughters. The new colors (orange, light blue, lavender, pink ) allowed the girls to make fifferent things. They syill enjoy using the LEGOS used by their gtandfather, (along eith jis grandmother) their Dad, Uncle, and cousin. Generational toy that never grows old. I also have 2 books that show how to make different things

The colors of course being pastel, was a draw to something different than other legos. She loved building each character and after she was done with that, made a whole new set of characters her way. For that busy body girl you have, this she will love and will keep her occupied for good amounts of time! Very pleased with these legos and all the other sets we have too of course!

This is the kind of Lego set that is more useful for its parts than the blocky cartoonish characters that can be built with the instructions. It's a set of lighter pastel colors that aren't often seen in quantity in most Lego sets. This set adds to the color variety of whatever anybody is building freeform with Lego. This obviously should not be the first Lego set purchased because it doesn't have the typical Lego colors. I only have minor complaints: 1. There are more white bricks than any of the other colors. Since this is specifically a pastel Lego set, another pastel color would have been preferred--such as Light Royal Blue since there is no pastel blue in the set. Most Lego sets have a variety of white bricks. 2. While there is a fair amount of nonstandard (standard being square/rectangular) bricks in pastel colors, white gets most of them since it's the most represented color.

This kept my 5yo busy for 45mins! She loves being independent and the easy step by step directions (pictures) we’re so easy to for he to follow without help from me which allowed her to be successful

We purchased this as a last-minute family gift, not realizing it was a "kit." Hey, that's what we get for not reading... We were so pleasantly surprised, though, at the amount of Legos inside, and the fact that they were little creatures made our kids happy. Affordable and fun for everyone.

My daughter adored her “girly” pastel legos. The build suggestions were just adorable throughout. Love, love, love that she built every single example in the book and we now have a cute collection of burgers, cupcake, Dino’s, robots, clouds all with sweet faces gracing her room.

As an early childhood educator, I've always been a fan of the creativity that is promoted by Duplo and Lego toys. This set at 333 pieces includes a booklet of construction ideas The blocks come in 6 pastel colors and come in around 72 shapes. Plans for 12 different builds are included in shapes that are whimsical and appealing. Let their imaginations run wild! Also, the set is fantastic for developing fine motor control and practice at following models and directions. A great set.

I had bought this set so that I had some Legos to just build with. Unlike the other sets I have bought, I am surprised at how poorly some of the pieces stay together. Given Legos superior quality in every of the 30+ sets I own, I was mildly disappointed with it but not enough to not recommend it to others.

While there wasn't a ton of things you could make with the kit, the pastel colors are great and really stand out from the rest of our collection.
