My 4.5 year old absolutely loves these. His 2.5 year old brother also enjoys playing even though he's less skilled with it! The kid is pretty awkward for them to open which is probably a good thing as I know when they want to play with them and they don't just go opening it whenever they want!

We love this Lego set so much that we've bought it at least 3 times over the past couple of years. It's a great value for the price and it keeps our young nephews busy for hours. It's the one item they look for when they come for a visit. One year I made the mistake to give away the set we had for years when our kids were growing up. And quickly realized it was the biggest mistake and had to urgently order a replacement. We have also gifted this very set to two of our nephews for Christmas one year. Highly recommend for an age appropriate gift or play room for your own kids.

I absolutely love this set! It's a great starter set and comes with instructions for different figures you can make with the Legos it comes with. It helped boost my kid's creativity, confidence and comfortability to start making their own creations. Definitely a must have for Lego lovers!

The assortment provided is great for those that like to free build., a wonderful variety which will spark the imagination for many, many builds. I personally like the Lego shaped storage box they come in. Great for keeping blocks in, or for storage in a bedroom. Pairing one of these box sets with a Lego building book makes a great birthday gift for the 7-12 year old crowd.

This is a very good choice as a gift for 4-6 yrs old. There are several small items that they can build. Kids can be creative and think of something completely new to build as there are many different types of pieces. Its not like you can only make one thing and there isn't much to experiment. Best part is that it has a storage box too. helps to keep kids room clean.

I was so against buying Legos for my 5 and 4-year-olds, but the time they have spent with them has been very peaceful. They wake up every morning trying to build something. Money well spent.

We love legos! I got these sets to go with my kids' new Lego table and shelves. They are packaged great! If you like things color coordinated, these come in individual bags. My daughter has the drawers on her Lego table organized by color, and this made it a breeze. I love the endless possibilities with this set, but I also love that it still comes with an idea booklet. The case is a plus, and they are stackable! This would be a great set for beginners who just started out on their Lego journey.

The legos were great we're they failed was they separated the legos for certain builds but never gave the instructions to build them so they just got dumped in all the other legos never being able to build what they were designed for.

I purchased this item as a gift to my son for his birthday. I had flown from CA to GR MI for this. I was staying in Days Inn Hotel in GR. I ordered for the item online and indicated the room I was staying in. I went for my son's soccer game and I got a message from Walmart that the item had been delivered at the counter. When I returned and asked the manager, she said she had seen it but she didn't know who had grabbed it. She said I should wait and she will ask the girl who worked in the afternoon. One story led to the other. I never got the item. I had already told my son I had a gift for him and I had to get him something else the next day. I contacted Walmart support and I was told the money would be returned. Then I got an email that the money would not be refunded and I contacted support again and I was assured that was a system auto response they were going to do a manual refund and it's been over 3 weeks. I haven't heard anything. No refund. I didn't get the item, my son missed his gift on his birthday and never got a refund as well.
