At last, snow!
Every year I put out my Winter Village collection for the Festive Season (now 10 sets) and every year I wish Lego would bring out white baseplates. But no, it's always been green up to now. At last my winter village will look like its buried in snow. Is it too much to hope that Lego will also bring back the original green baseplates instead of the light colouring they currently provide, which does not look like grass?

Gift for a 5 YO birthday
We got this because my son loves to build and the white is more conducive to snow, and it's currently winter. I believe it's good to have both white and green to help with the imagination.

Finally White base plates
Lego finally makes a white base plate! Thank the Lord! Great for Christmas MOC's, Frozen player grouping, and most importantly SW Hoth builds! Thanks Wal-Mart for destroying Lego retail pricing. Great deals always

We Love the white base plate, it works well with our snow biome for our Minecraft legos. It holds our sets nicely in place.

Great product, Great price, wasteful packaging
Perfect purchase at a great price. However, Im not sure why they need to pack this thin plate into a 14x10x7 box filled with 25 bubble bags when it could've fit inside one hard-sided legal envelope. what a waste

Just doesn't kinda work
Bought to extend winter village collection. Except the village builds just struggle to clip into the board studs. Also why the round corners?
