This is one of my favorite Lego series! They pack so much fun and value into a small displayable cute postcard. Only con I can think of is that they don't make more of these for more cities or landmarks.
My son loved this set! He is 6 yrs old and was able to build it with very little assistance from us. He was so excited to see the finished product and put it on display in his room! There are tiny pieces which can be somewhat difficult to place. Otherwise he would have done the entire build by himself.
The LEGO New York City postcard set was an absolute delight to build. Despite its compact size, the design captures the essence of the city's skyline beautifully—complete with iconic landmarks that instantly bring NYC to mind. The build process itself was smooth and enjoyable, offering just the right balance of simplicity and detail. At its price point, it feels like excellent value, both as a display piece and as a quick, rewarding project. I would definitely recommend this set to LEGO fans and anyone looking for a creative, space-friendly way to celebrate New York City.
We have visited New York and loved this as a souvenir. Kids built it up easily and greatly enjoyed!
I loved that Lego has New York sets that I can put together and display. I was born in New York and this reminds me of my childhood. Legos have easy instructions and love building these.
I love how these new postcard builds cram so much detail and feeling into tiny microbuilds! I've lived in NYC, and seeing the ferry brought me so much joy.
The Brooklyn Bridge was a really clever piece to build, probably one of the neatest little details I've seen! I added a little adhesive so it wouldn't shimmy, but it stays in place just fine on a level surface. The minifig was a perfect addition, pretty much as if the entire series had been built just for her.

I plan to buy more of these -- I've also lived in France so spent some time in Paris, and while Queensland isn't exactly the Outback it does have it's share of 'roos. I'd love to see many more iconic cityscapes (Toronto, Dubai, Mumbai all come to mind!), maybe national parks or some of the world's more recognizable natural features like Mt Everest or Hanauma Bay, but I love the steps being taken in this direction. I really liked the Brick Sketches, and while these aren't quite those, they're just as easy to display on a wall or shelf without taking up a lot of real estate. Oh, and there are lots of stickers, because that matters to some people. I don't mind, but it's an FYI going in!
Great gift for a loved one visiting / living in New York. Only complaint is the small stickers can be quite tedious to place.
Another fun travel postcard build. If you like the others in this series, this one has a nice “twist” with the Brooklyn Bridge.
... would be nice if these were magnetic so you could stick them to your fridge! ...or perhaps create some flat plate magnets which can be sold separately?
