LEGO Creator 40569 London Postcard (277pcs)

We are traveling to London next year and enjoyed putting together this "postcard" view of the city. It was really fun to put together and add to our display shelf.

It was amazing it was nice and medium sized so it would fit on my shelf I love how it grasped the London bus and all the stickers on it I love how it accepted everybody for who they were 100% deal

I initially bought this set because I needed to bring the value of my shop up so that I could qualify for a GWP. I was interested in the postcards but wasn't planning on buying them for a while. However I built this a few weeks ago and it is such a great little display piece. I live in London and I have this on my desk. It looks great and the build was interesting and fun. I would recommend this set.

Bought for grandson who loves Legos!! He is ecstatic with it! Sent me a pic right after arriving home and putting it together!

Taking micro scale and making unique display pictures. Wonderful concept, easy build, look great. Can't wait to add more postcards and memories to my home. Great for AFOL.

I got this for my son for his birthday, he has never visited London, but really enjoyed making this postcard. He was disappointment as we were missing on of the parts from Big Ben. but overall loved this lego build

I started building Lego sets to deal with stress. These post cards are so cute they display nicely and give you a quick build that doesn't require a long commitment. I actually wish there were more of these

I love the Lego architecture kits and this postcard had to be added. What you can achieve with the strangest of shapes is so clever. It was a straightforward build, but really enjoyable and great fun.

It's an OK set and fair in the theme of Postcard, but not the greatest. The London skyline already has Big Ben and the London Eye, so this should have been the opportunity for other landmarks. Yes, Picadilly Circus, but could have included the Tower of London, Monument, BT Tower, Canary Wharf/Shard, Beefeater minifig or others. A shame to miss iconic landmarks and stick with the same old lame old. Build was OK but nothing exciting. If you don't have the skyline, this is fine.

I purchased this to round out a set for the family to assemble together. Walmart has great prices on LEGO, so I didn't think twice about ordering it. Unfortunately, I missed that this is from a reseller that charged DOUBLE what the retail price is. If it were retired, I could understand the price premium, but it is readily available through other retailers at the correct price.
