Building the LEGO Titanic was my third major project after the Colosseum and the Eiffel Tower, and it was an unforgettable experience. I made sure my nieces, siblings, friends, and I all contributed to the build, which made completing it even more meaningful. The engineering behind this set is truly remarkable. As the model comes together, you gain a real appreciation for the design and craftsmanship of the original Titanic. The level of detail is incredible, and every section of the build is both challenging and rewarding. The finished model is absolutely stunning and instantly becomes the centerpiece of any LEGO collection. It is a true display piece that captures a significant moment in history with exceptional accuracy. If you're a LEGO enthusiast or collector, I highly recommend adding the LEGO Titanic to your collection before it retires. It's one of the most impressive sets LEGO has ever produced, and once it's gone, you'll likely regret not picking it up. Don't miss the opportunity to own this masterpiece.
What an incredible set this is, The details on the ship are near perfect, there are some very clever little design aspectswhen building it too. You definitely get your money worth from how long it takes to assemble. The box is also presented well. Parts are printed as opposed to stickers too which I was very happy with as one wonky sticker could spoil the whole thing. Over the moon that I finally decided to purchase it
One of the best LEGO sets I've ever built. Seeing it all slowly come together totally brought back the joy and excitement I had as a child building my first Space and Technic sets. Just as well I'm no longer a child, since this set is both big and heavy, with lots of interesting build techniques that not only create a somewhat curved ship out of LEGO, but also add plenty of interesting details and even a few functional parts. Not that this is really a 'play' set, it is 100% a display set that captures instant attention. The only thing that would make it even more awesome, would be lights, so I did that too.
I have dreamt about getting this for so long and finally got it and feel like all my dreams came true. From the excitement of studying the box through to organising the bags and starting the build has been better than what I dreamt it to be. Can't wait to finish the build and display it.
Huge build. Fun building in three sections. Not too much repetition and even then, instructions varied the same sections. Got a little bored with the portholes but loved the little benches and the engines working the propellers. My instruction book part 3 repeated a few pages which was briefly confusing. I have just enough space (on top of my Hogwarts Express display case) to showcase this work of art.
Lego Titanic is one of the most breathtaking display sets ever released, massive, elegant, brilliantly engineered, and absolutely worth recommending to anyone who loves a premium, unforgettable build.
I had never built anything this scale before. The box arrived on my doorstep, and I was so nervous. Luckily it arrived the day before a snow/sleet storm. I got into the groove and spent most of the next week building. It looks scary in 3 boxes, but it is not bad. Not for people with short attention spans. The final ship is gorgeous! I’m glad it can still be split into 3 pieces for easy relocation.
Bought this when I was made redundant, but had to wait two years to build it which is nearly as long as it took to build the real ship. The attention to detail here is phenomenal, and the finished ship is absolutely stunning to look at. Lord knows how many hours went into the development but it was time very well spent. Brilliant set all round, loved every minute of building it. Worth every penny.
After years of wanting the Titanic I finally bought it. I took my time and was very surprised at how sturdy it is after it is put together. They took every detail and brought it into life. I’m am proud to display this along with my other LEGO sets. Can’t wait to show it off.
Loved building this one even though it lacked historical details. The details only require a simple fix if you have the bricks. Overall though LEGO put a great amount of effort into this and is great to see a large Titanic model on the mainstream ish market.
