This ship looks mighty good now it's finahed.But at times I thought it would never reach that point .As there are some parts of this built that are frustrating and easily apart .Adding some stronger supports or having some parts now clinging on by one nob of the brick would make it fell more stable . The instructions are bright cheeerfuul and add to the feel of building the story and become involved the build too. The colours stand out well and actual sharks body with its Skelton type features is really cool .it fits in wellwith the haunted spookiness theme. There are a few features that make the build more interactive .The reel in drop anchor and open and shut shark jaws and the moving engine parts .on the shark build mode also the swing out cage and the varied mini figures and accessories . The tank mode use s wheels on the shark base and there are turret disc firing swivel guns . There is the option to use the Bright story lead building instruction booklet or the app .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic set with so many hidden areas to stimulate play, including hidden treasure chest which is released by pressing a lock. The shark ship was great fun to build and I love the way that once you have built the main shark carcass, you can then choose to build two different styles (sailing ship or off road truck ship). We built the sailing ship first and it was really easy to take back to the shark carcass to then build the off road truck. I particularly liked the ease of this, and the fact that you didn't have to take too much apart. Building the main ship took quite a lot of time as there were a lot of bits that were built to strengthen the ship and set up for the 2 ways of building, which is an excellent idea and much better than other sets that you have to start from scratch with to build. I love the vibrant colours which mean that it is a toy that both girls and boys can relate to. There were 7 mini figures in the set (if you count the monsters and Z-Blob) and following the arrival of this LEGO set, my son has really enjoyed the TV series. Instruction manual was great, even highlighting which shades of pink bricks to use and not use, which I thought was brilliant.

It looks amazing and has some brilliant features, my son was particularly impressed with the hidden treasure chest and the hinged ribs/bed area. It's colourful and would appeal to both boys and girls. Fits in great with other pieces from the Dreamzz range which is based on the popular Lego cartoon of the same name. Overall my son was very impressed with this set, and he has had so much fun playing with it and all the characters which were included. Added bonus is it can also be re worked into a slightly different build with a tank style ship so there's definitely longevity in this set. Overall a great purchase and very impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a mighty ship ~ I got this for my nephew who was over the moon when he saw it!! The box is super grand and the ship didn't disappoint either! It kept him occupied for hours and he kept updating us on every part he completed, was super proud and the smile on his face when he finished :D there are a lot of cool spooky parts to this ship, the colour theme is perfect and my favourite part is the caged bedroom like you are trapped in a nightmare! You can build either a ship or a ship on wheels, either way both look super cool.

Really enjoying this series, but the Lego sets and the show. Fun build, held together very well. Nice way to spend a cold day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly this build is a great size, it looks impressive in the box and is equally impressive once built. My 10 year old had a lot of fun building this, with a little help from his dad. It's not a quick build but with some larger parts in the set it comes together quickly. This is suitable for both boys and girls, and the playability of the set after it is built is great. It has a vast array of movable parts, we liked the rib cage bed area. It's re buildable into a tank type shop too. Overall we have loved building this set and I'm sure he will get hours of fun playing with it. The contents of the Lego toy were arranged in numbered but small units which made construction much easier and coupled with a very detailed and attractive instruction booklet. The booklet itself was an elaborate illustrated story which coupled with the instructions made the assembly interesting and enjoyable. This toy was an interesting project and certainly made my son interested in further purchases of this kind of Lego.
