My kid(s) are going to love this set (Christmas gift) it has some unique pieces we don't own; like the winch, astronauts %26 aliens! The clear blocks are also fun. As a homeschooling mom I see the Sun/Earth %26 star pieces (the whole theme) can be used for multiple educational prompts as well throughout play.

3 year old loved the space theme. Easy to assemble. Like that it can be changed into other space theme creations and not just a space ship. Pieces are big enough for little hands to handle.

Good quality. Easy for little hands to put together and take apart. Clear instructions. Three different ways to assemble in the manual. Fun imaginative play.

The product was difficult to find. Even Amazon didn't have it. I was pleased with quality. It exceeded my expectations based on pictures online.

Was for my Grandson's Birthday he loved it he is into space he is 5. My daughter said he put together very good.

Nicely packaged and age-appropriate.

I initally liked the premise of this set, and purchased it as soon as it was released, but ultimately I'm a little disappointed with this set from lego. The primary build of the rocket ship is ok, but there is not much playable space within the rocket ship for the duplo characters to act out different scenarios. There is also not much variety in the 2nd and 3rd builds that I wouldn't really call it a 3 in 1 design. What is most disappointing about this set/build is the Sun, Earth model. The design promotes a flat Earth and Sun, it wouldn't have taken that much redesign to the model to use inverted sphere and hemisphere duplo pieces, rather than the curved pieces included in the set, in order to help children learn that the Sun and Earth are spheres and not flat circles. It would have also been nice to have seen a design incorporating a larger cog such that the Earth pieces could have orbited around the Sun pieces.
