A really great little set, with some thoughtful details. My three year old is very imaginative and having a great time with the shopping cart especially. We put it together and she was able to do much of it with a little guidance, as expected since she's still a bit young for these sets. Pleased with the purchase and will get more.

I purchased this as a gift for a 7 year old girl with some Lego experience (but not an expert). Assembling this with the directions was just the right challenge for her. She enjoyed the store with all its items and the people. She made up lots of different pretend scenarios and plays with this set often. Still seems expensive for what you get, but the recipient definitely enjoyed it.

My kids love lego friends and this set did not disappoint. They loved all of the food accessories, which they did not have, and I'm sure they will fill the shelves with all of the things as they expand on its offerings.

My daughter loves the Friends Lego sets. They're great because after you put them together, there's tons of opportunities for imaginary play. Plus, they mix and match well with other sets.

Seven-year-old grandson loves this Lego set. Hours of fun doing it by himself! A great learning tool, motor skills and following instruction skills. He loves the theme.

Great value for the price, lots of fun pieces and easy to integrate the pieces into other grocery store sets. And btw, the mini doll missing a hand is based on a character. The whole Friends universe is based on characters and the Friends storyline, kids generally want minifigures from the show, so removing one of them because they happen to have a disability (which is a big part of the character's identity and sometimes struggles) would just be stupid. That would be like getting rid the dog because my kid finds pugs upsetting. Get over yourself, Crazydaisy10. Does your child cry when they see someone in real life who has a visible disablity? TEACH YOUR CHILD BETTER.

This Lego Friends set turned out to be perfect for my regular LEGO collection. I liked the under $20 dollar price, especially because lots of the pieces are printed already and make the final project look great! I also like that it gave me the option/idea to add a whole other section using my spare bricks!

All of the store items are printed pieces instead of stickers, so they can be used in kitchen settings as well!
