LEGO Friends Olly and Paisley's Family Houses Building Toy - Pretend Play Toy Figures & Playsets for Girls & Boys, Ages 7+ - Gift for Kids W/ Mini-Dolls - 42620

My little Grandson loved this Lego set! I gave it to him for his 10th birthday. He enjoyed putting it together and now has it proudly displayed on his shelf. He loves the Lego Friends sets because he says they're more detailed than other sets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lego set took us as a family around 3 hours to build as my 2 children aged 7 and 9 were keen to help. Instead of using the instructions that came with the set I used an app ,there is a qr code on the front of the book that tells you exactly how to use the app,I have added some videos in my reviews that show just how helpful the app is. There were a few parts left over from every bag, but i followed the instructions down to a tee song can only assume they are extras. The set is incredibly detailed down to the toilets and toilet roll and the food in the fridges. My children loved all of the details and have had hours of fun with it already.

Our daughter enjoyed the experience from start to finish and enjoys playing with her Lego set. She enjoys the playing with the tree house.

The brand lego is well known for durability and this set is no different. Its encouraged myself and my daughter to spend time discussing what the dimensions are of each piece so whilst it isnt advertised as educational as such, it can be made into it particularly when older children may not use “toys” as such! The set comes in bags for each part which helps match up pieces but the figures can be used across the set Lego friends - a brand we trust

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set 42620 Olly and Paisley's Family Houses achieves something that I've been missing in many previous LEGO Friends houses: they are coherent architectural entities with thought-out design, substantial roofs and essential functions for playing. They look like real buildings, which means a lot to me. They don't feel too small; on the contrary, quality is often hard to achieve in compact size, so the outcome feels even more fortunate. There are some shortcomings, of course: Paisley's home's colour scheme is a tad too vibrant to my liking, and its bathroom needs a bit of polishing. Olly's home has some eyesore Light Bluish Grey parts in its walls. But these are small things, and probably won't trouble the target audience.

My three years old dauther and I are still having fun building it and she loves to play with the caracters after we build some rooms 😁 So fun doesn't stop when the houses are built! Deffinitly worth trying it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter found building this Lego set fairly easy enough, it was fun for her and instructions were able to be followed well. The colours used in this set were better than some others, bright and appealing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already knew the brand and I am completely in love with the toys. My daughters loved it too. The toy is full of incredible details. Children spend hours playing. The pieces are very resistant. And it has lots of characters, it's really cute.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great value as you get two houses in one set. The houses are colourful and are great for interactive imaginative play. Great Lego quality as expected. You get additional characters that can be used when playing with the set. they're a good size so easy to find and store. There is a great tree house as well. This would be a great gift for siblings - each of them can have a house to build rather than share set together.

Although a beautiful set, this has 2 major flaws : on Paisley house, the roofs are meant to open (they have hinges) but the big roof is blocked by the chimney and this block also the smaller roof. Also, the colours in the books are often wrong.
