Buyer beware! VIPOUTLET is a complete scam! Lego set advertised as brand new and arrived with "destroy" stickers on box and box completely smashed because of improper packaging (placed only in an overwrap-no protection at all). When attempting to contact for replacement, I was offered $4. Yes $4, for the time and aggravation of sending multiple emails over an almost 2 week period. After a week with no response and a follow-up email from me, I received notice that they would provide a $4 refund or I could refund the item. Great except that now the we are past black Friday weekend, I cannot purchase the same item from another retailer because they are all sold out. I waited patiently expecting VIPOUTLET to do the right thing. They haven't. So now I am left with an unusable, damaged item and the inability to get my daughter what was at the top of her Christmas list. An awful experience with nothing to show for it.
