Wow, what can I say, but I love it. My son brought it with his birthday money. He is 12 but loves vintage things and this set is perfect for his interests. He really loved building the set and although it's a smaller set than some he has built (he is extremely compitant builder) he said this was a very interesting build and has some extremely lovely unique parts and printed bricks. he loves that the feel of the build and the fact it has buttons and bits that move. For myself, who remembers foundly playing my gameboy growing up, this is overwhelmingly perfect. It feels like my original gameboy did, the buttons all move and are in the correct place, the A and B buttons press like they did. The buttons on the side are also authentic along with the on/off button. The best bit though was when inserting the game cartridge, it clicked!!! Just as it did on the original game. I whooped like an excited school child. It brought me back to my childhood, that feel in my hands and the click of the game loading in, absolutely perfect! My son is now getting to enjoy the fun I had but in the form of Lego, perfect for us both,

I bought this Lego set for a friend , I actually have no idea how well the Lego set looked after it was built. I do know that the price seemed fair for a Lego set. My friend is an avid Nintendo collector and requested this as a gift. I would buy this Lego set if my teen asked for this since she took loves Lego.

I preordered this for my 10yo. He put it together and then showed it to everyone he saw throughout the night[to mean we had to take it with us in the truck]. He was very proud of it. He also said that ut was really fun to put together. In my opinion i feel that it nails giving me that feeling of nostalgia . Its also a really neat lego to have in any collection.

Awesome kit, sadly the box was damaged and opened when received. All parts were there, but damaged box meant I would t be able to give it to my nephew

This is one of the best Lego sets I’ve ever put together and for the price. It was a very fun and affordable build. I keep it next to my old game boy and I found myself reaching over to turn it off because it looks so realistic. I highly recommend this Lego set to anyone who enjoys Nintendo or just Lego themselves.

This is one of the coolest Lego sets I've ever purchased! It's worth the price! It's so cool that it has 2 changeable game cartridges that can go INTO the Gameboy. Its got a cool screen that changes depending the way you move it. And the buttons are even pressable! Its just SO COOL.

Bought as a gjft, so didnt see it when bk box was first opened. As for the completed product after my nephew built it, it looks awesomd. high-quality parts. just lkke the original from my childhood. I also bought this the day i needed it and got it delivered wjthjn 3 hours to save my butt so eight hundred stars for that part of review.

Simple build process and the end result is quite stellar. I just wish it would have taken a bit longer to build, but at 400-and-something pieces, I knew it would undoubtedly be a fairly quick build. Either way, the end result will put a smile on your face.

Bought this for my partner for Valentine's and it was a hit. It’s a really cool build, especially with the retro Game Boy details. We’ve been working on it together and it’s been a blast. Definitely recommend it if you want something fun to do as a couple!

Fun %26 nostalgic Lego set. The buttons are even press-able on the game boy. I just feel that the set was overpriced considering the size. You're paying for the branding and nostalgia more than the kit itself.
