An enjoyable build with great details that were lacking on previous flying lesson sets. The way it folds in is great and I look forward to the rest of the wave to see how they all link together. I would say I expected more for the price though

Got this set for my son a few days ago cause it was half off, I did not regret it! It took him almost 3 hours to finish the set, and he enjoyed the building process a lot! When he was finished, he couldn't stop playing with the set, it was his first professor McGonagall lego minifigure and his first hooch one too, he loves moving around the little rooms included in this set, and he combines this set with his charms class lego set and the room of requirement set that recently came out, now he is begging me for some of the other hogwarts expansion sets and I want to surprise him this year on Christmas, he also loves folding this set together for his display and I can't wait to get him more sets!!!

This is such a beautiful model on its own, regardless of Harry Potter. However, it is based on the setting of the first two films. This particular scene, the Flying Lesson, is such an iconic part. Imagine being a child and watching your peers fly for the first time. It's such an exhilarating moment! It comes with your flying teacher (Madam Hooch), a Transfiguration classroom and teacher (Professor McGonagol) and your first instructor to Quidditch (Oliver Wood). There is capacity for other classrooms to be added whilst swapping out what's included. Whilst, at present, I don't have the current Hogwarts Castle sets, it stands out amongst any that have been made (even back to 2001!). The fact that you can arrange it into a full turret OR length wise adds to the play value. A HUGE recommendation for letting the imagination run wild :)

As a huge Harry Potter and Lego fan this is the perfect asset to my collection. I loved how this item came with the book with step-by-step instructions. All the items were neatly organized in bags with numbers. It's a great item to have as a collector.

This is a must have for Harry Potter and Lego fans. The facial expressions on the characters are great and the little brooms are adorable too. You can combine it with set 76442 to add on to the castle. I like that you can connect the flying characters to the side of the castle.

This is a great gift for a Harry Potter fan in the house. The instruction manual is very easy to read and follow. The attention to details is exceptional with intricate features that brings the scene to life. The set comes with fun accessories that adds to the magic, making it a delight to build and play with.

The Lego Harry Potter Flying Lessons set is a big hit with me and my family. The packaging is solid with high quality materials used and each bag of pieces are numbered for an organized build. The instructions contain high resolution photos that are easy to follow and understand. This set was made with quality in mind with no defective pieces observed, high quality materials used, and a clear instructional provided. I love the ability to interact with this set as it has a few rooms that slide out of the castle and the characters can be moved about the set. This build would be perfect for any Lego lover whether you are a Harry Potter fan or not.

I think the exterior looks fantastic. Super fun build and I love the madam hooch minifigure. The play features are great. The interior is a bit dull. I think the price is too high for what you get.

I enjoy the actual build. But way too focused on being a play set. Don't care about internal design, but even so this one was meh. Care more about size and exterior detail, and it was fine but I would buy literally thousands of dollars of sets if the scale and external design was worth the price point.
