A cool build to go along with reading the 4th book with my son

Recently I bought this set and it's incredible. The five minifigures are all amazing quality. Victor Krum looks great with his shark head. Although it would've been nice for one side of Harry's double sided head to not have gills, as Ron and Hermione have awake heads, but I fixed that problem myself. The build itself hardly ever gets repetitive, and little details keep it entertaining. The piece holding up Ron and Hermione is cool, the new Grindylow is adorable, and the Merperson's hair mold (which I believe has only came in one other set as of writing this review) looks perfect. Smaller children would love this set due to the playability factor, such as Harry and Krum jumping off the dock, but it's also great for display (as I do). All in all, I would absolutely recommend this set.

This is a great set. Its a great update from the original and I love how compact it is and still so detailed and creative. The minifigures are a huge update from the original especially the merperson and my favorite part is how the underwater part is made to look like the characters and foliage are floating. Considering the price of lego has gone up a lot in the few years I think the price for this set is consistent with their other offerings. There is also a unique grindilo character piece which was a treat. I love that I got the carriage a few years ago with Fleur and her sister who even has the charmed face to be placed underwater. That's a real treat for serious collectors. I hope we get a third task next year or in the future. Thanks Lego.

I'm a Lego Harry Potter collector and am over the moon that Lego made this set, this is defiantly one of my top 3 favourite scene's from the books/films and I'm so glad I now own this in Lego! It's perfect!

If you like HP, you'll love this build!

A very well done set - very atheistical. Good colours used. A welcome change from modular Hogwarts sets.

I really enjoyed building this set I would recommend to anyone who really enjoys Harry Potter and is a great gift for Harry Potter fans as it is a really easy set to build and isn't too fiddly for those who struggle with small pieces over all a great set however I do think this set could have had a Barty Crouch minifigure in along with a Dumbledore as to be more accurate with the movie

I saw this set and I had to have it for the minifigs alone. The shark head on Victor Krum, and the fins and gilled face on HP, the merperson and addition of the Gillywig! I would have preferred Cedric, Gabrielle, Cho, Prof Crouch or Dumbledore instead of Ron and Hermoine for the pricepoint. Seems every set has Hermoine and Harry, which is fair. But, for those of us that collect HP sets, we have more than ample amounts of the trio. So it would be better to get the more than occasional minifigs we would normally see. This was a super fun and easy build, as soon as it arrived I unpacked and started building. I like how Ron and Hermoine are suspended in the water. This was a great addition to my HP collection. Would love to see another HP minifig series, as I missed the first 2. (as I am fairly new to Lego)
