LEGO Ideas 21103 - The DeLorean time machine

Back to the Future has always been a favorite movie of mine. This Lego set is really nice. The DeLorean was fun to build. The car has opening gull wing doors, Marty and his skateboard. So fun to build. Easy to build and fun.

My grandson loved it and was so excited there was a flux capistir too!

shipping is horrible,i bought 2 of these sets,and they shipped them both in a bubble envelope,needless to say the boxes were damaged,so i returned them to wal-mart for a refund to order 2 more and hope they come in a box undamaged.this is the second time i had to return a damaged package for a refund so i can reorder and hope for the best,which is undamaged item boxes.

Lego is always a gift choice for my grandsons. They usually tell me which kits they would like to have and I do the purchasing. I don't mind buying them Lego as they enjoy building and playing with the end products. Incidentally, WalMart had the best price and ship to store was free!!

I didn't even know this existed, and came across it while browsing for other things. But I had to buy it!! I'm a huge fan of both the movies and Legos, so this just awesome. It is a little fragile, and some of the pieces can come apart, but I'm a collector, so it looks good on the shelf. The little minifigures are also pretty cool, and caprture the likenesses fairly well. Highly recommended.

Ordered this for my 11 year old son who loves Legos and also time travel movies and tv shows. This past Halloween he even went as doc brown so how could I pass this up? The details are amazing and I would recommend it to any fan of the movie and lego collector!

Ordered online for in-store pickup and was available within less than a week. So far, I have only used the BTF1 DeLorean (you can build it to match any of the 3 featured in the trilogy), but instructions were easy to follow and it looks great on my desk.

I'm getting this present for my 26 y/o brother in law, and I'm pretty sure he's gonna love it. The wheels move, you get two little guys, a skate board, and the DeLorean. What more can you ask for. I shopped around and the price is the same or less where ever else you look.

The DeLorean has around 400 pieces, most of which are very small to build up as much detail as possible. There are pieces included to make the various versions of the car from all three movies, so you can make whichever one you like best. I like how the wheels flip down, but the doors don't stay on very well when you flip them up. The actual figurines of Marty and Doc look great, and would be worth buying even if sold separately.
