LEGO Ideas Voltron 21311

I really love this is set and I have 2 of them.. the endless possibilities of modifying them (MOC) makes this set timeless... I Modified my Voltron based on Leandro Tayag's modification based on his original submission where this set based on.. if your interested to use his modification like I did.. pls follow him on his FB or Flickr page.. Len_d69 to view all his Lego creations... I only have an issue with the set.. the blue connectors that holds the right & left arms of the black lion snapped and broke... Be careful when playing with the Voltron Lego.. the blue pieces broke when my friend tried to dismantle it... luckily when I called Lego support.. when I requested for part replacement they have provided it to me free of charge... this are the ones that connects the legs of the black lion that holds the right and left arms.. shoulder part of the robot.. overall.. it's a must for every Lego collector... unfortunately I can't add more photos of the MODS I did for the other 4 lions.. I Modded the Blue lion The most.. Yellow, Red and Green are mostly head MODS to distinguish them from one to the other.. give them a bit of character for themselves

This is by far one of my favourite LEGO set! I desired it badly and when it arrived did surely NOT disappointed me! The set is super super cool. Only two things I didn't like: I would have loved the 5 characters mini figures (would have been MUCH better) And the Black Lion's neck, at is back, instead of two regular flat should come with a regular plus a reverse flat, so that the surface looks smooth when in Voltron asset :) PLEEEEAASEEE produce the mini figures for it ❤️ Overall I just LOVE it.

When complete and joined up this set is absolutely massive! In a good way of course. Had fun building it as there is a separate booklet for each lion so it's a perfect set for a family to do together as each person can build their own lion. Then there's one more booklet for the weapons and instructions on how to join them up to form voltron. Lots of fun and very nostalgic set.

Just what can I say, absolutely perfect! Such a rewarding experience to build this reliving my childhood. What a presence the end result has! I can't remember how many times I said 'wow', marveling at the design and engineering. This is a masterpeice.

What an awesome Lego set! The way you build the five lion's separately, and then put them together is really well done. It was great fun to build and looks great as a display model. I think at 2321 pieces and the quality of the build, this set is great value and is a very enjoyable experience. Lego really have done a great job recreating Voltron.

1st big Lego build and it was fantastic. With care, but not fragile, it is easily remodelled from one form to the other. I had the original toy and apart from the cabin spaces for the crew this is even better than thee original.

I bought this for my son who is a massive Lego fan and also because I loved Voltron myself as a child. He loved building it and now wants to watch Voltron with me. It is a really great Lego item and I hope they bring out more like it!

As an 80's kid getting this was a must and I didn't regret it ! It stands great when all together, very firm and not wobbly at all. Overall design is amazing and it's tall, like amazing tall.

Absolutely brilliant piece of Lego. My son wanted this so badly for almost a year! We purchased one for his 6th birthday (yes 6!) and he built it in 2 sessions over 2 days. Roughly 7 hours. He didn't get any help from me! (I wanted to build it too!!). It says it's for 16+ but this really isn't difficult to build. (Unless my son is a Lego Master Builder!) Highly recommended and a sturdy figure.

Received a knock off version of this item. Was not a Lego, returned and took several weeks for my refund. Disappointed, I would not suggest you order if you are looking for the actual Lego set and not a knock off.
