A large mech style robot based on a Marvel animation episode. It was fun to build, easy to pose and looks great. Plus there are two more great minifigures in the kit. I've used mine to guard my precious Lego Corner Garage (see photo)
Great buy! My son asked for this for Christmas and I'm thrilled Walmart had it! Great size box, vibrant colors, nothing damaged, very pleased! Walmart does a great job having LEGO builds in stock at competitive prices!!!! Arrived timely and in great condition. Will continue to use Walmart for my time and money saving needs!
its very good the whole thing perfect.
got it as a Christmas gift for my grandson
I purchased this set, thinking that it looked really cool in the images, and after building it, I am not disappointed. In fact, I think it is even better in person. The build is straightforward, but still interesting enough to keep your attention. The completed model is bigger than the images appear, and it actually has a little heft to it, making it feel substantial. I like the design, it really looks super cool! I don't know if the color is accurate, but it is a sharp looking color, and it's nice to have the green bricks for something different. As for the minifigs, Red Skull is fine, especially if you don't already have him. Steve Rogers is also fine, he obviously needs to be in this set. I'm not really sure why Lego included this version of Captain Carter here, which is not accurate, and put the very accurate version in the Minifigures pack…however, I do actually like this version of Captain Carter. The coloring is unique, and it's kind of cool to have an alternate version. Anyways, I think this set could be underrated, and I think it's a good value for a really cool mech. I would recommend picking this one up!
The color of hydra stomper is a little bright but I like it. But the colors for captain Carter do not resemble the outfit in the show, no red, but I'm not too bothered. Will probably just try to get the cmf captain carter with correct hair and outfit. Overall had a great time building this, it was my first marvel set and I will definitely be getting more. Very fun playability and display too. Immediate excellent, GLOW IN THE DARK CHEST PIECE.
Good set, definitely shows some shelf wear but it was intact.
My son loved building it.
Hydra Stomper does have a spot for the Steve Rogers figure. Cool set!
At this point, if you've made more than one Lego mech, the builds start to run together, but that doesn't make them any less fun to play with and display. Some differences from other mechs of similar size/price are the green coloration, glow in the dark arc reactor, and back flight tanks as seen in What If…? I did see this in other reviews but think it's worth noting that this mech is taller than the box art makes it seem. The three mini figures are great for the set - I especially love Stealth Suit Captain Carter. Everyone in the house loves this set and it brings me joy to have our heroes be able to teach Red Skull a lesson.
