[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LEGO® NINJAGO® Thunderfang Dragon of Chaos came in a sturdy and brightly coloured box containing 668 pieces. There were 6 paper bags (more environmentally safe although some still had smaller plastic bags inside) which were very helpful with the building order. Very brightly coloured blocks were of great quality, all pieces were there, absolutely nothing missing and some spares were left over. My children really enjoyed building the dragon - they worked together which gave me over 3 hours of peace and quiet! It was really nice to see their team work and enjoyment when putting it all together. They also used an app in addition to the detailed booklet - they found the app really entertaining; with the backstory, 3D feature that allows you to go through the building process step by step and picture rotation to make it even more clear. The app also has a progress bar with building together feature that allows you to work as a team, plus games and more. Now the dragon has been build, it gives the children endless hours of play with 6 additional characters. It is definitely not going to be just for the display!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lego set was a fantastic gift for my 9 year old nephew. The box was big and contained all the pieces in separate bags which made the building part a lot easier. The instructions were very extensive and with added pictures were easy to follow by him. The box is clearly marked as 8years+ so there was no safety issue. My nephew had a lot of fun with these, didn't get bored quickly and now his friend wants the same set! Definitely good value for money.

Thunderfang is one of the best villain dragon by far. His design is creepy, well designed, and very clean. He has very good stability for a dragon on two legs, and his wings are actually solid and looks like the show counterpart. Though, I do have a small nitpick. I wish the head could have been dual molded or have different color teeth. I feel like the head of Thunderfang is the only thing that doesn't capture how Thunderfang looks completely. But that is where my complaints stop. The dragon has shooters in the wings to accurately simulate Thunderfang's chaos lighting ability. His tail could be a little longer, but it is actually perfectly fine, just my personal opinion. Now onto the minifigs. Nokt is perfectly designed. His face print captures his creepy and dark look, while the rest of his fig looks menacing as well. I added a simple worn cape upgrade to complete him. Giving him a double-bladed longsword really completes his look. The shoulder armour is also a nice touch which I appreciate. The Sora fig is the same as the last two seasons. Storm suit Lloyd and Nya look good, and dark merge Arin looks perfectly unbalanced, just as Arin is in the show. Tyr is only identifiable by his longer horns. I wish Tyr had a exclusive face print or something else that would set him apart from the others, but he is a dragonian so he still looks peak. The side build is a nice touch, but it's the mechanism that really shines. You can put the prismatic blades into it to free Thunderfang like he was freed by them in the show. What makes it even better is that it is designed to be able to only work with both blades. It is a really nice touch. The price for piece ratio is actually decent. You get nearly 700 pieces for 70 US dollars. Puting it for 65 would have been kinda weird. And it has a really good selection of minifigures to boot. The building process was smooth and fun, and didn't feel repetitive. I would highly recommend this to everyone. And it's a villain set? Yes yes more please.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well this thing is an absolute beast of a Lego toy! Great size easy to build, great quality and honestly phenomenal Aesthetic. My son love him, he stands up well and he's now on a shelf surrounded by other Lego beasts! 10/10 100% recommend

This is a really great set, it was fun to build and also fun to play with. Its sturdy so its good for hardcore playing. Great figures too. Nice work lego

i got this lego set for my son for his 11th birthday and he LOVED it. He got more excited when he opened this over all his other presents. And he got a bunch of different lego sets. He put it together super fast with no problems unlike a different set he got where he said the pieces wouldn't go together right. so thanks walmart i came out on top with this present. All his friends said this was the coolest lego set he got. I think he liked this more than his oculus game set. So it made the top present at the birthday party so thanks again.

The dragons build is amazing. I had to much satisfaction building it and it looks insane.

I love this set manly because of the build but the Minifigers are the best especially nokt.my favorite thing about this set is the wings and the head with the new technique for the head
