LEGO Park Set Friends Skate 6+ years, 431 Pieces

Purchased as a Christmas gift and it was a favorite that gets played with daily.

5 year old Grandson loved it. He built it by himself. He is enjoying playing with it after he built it.

All the pieces were clearly marked. the pieces fit together very well. it was a fun set to put together. The colors are very vibrant. I liked how they also put the different characters in there. It was a very fun set to play with after it was done being built. It is very sturdy and durable. My kids had a great time playing with it.

This Lego Friends skatepark set is definitely a great gift for any younger girls, and can be played with even after it's first assembled. I also like the representation of the one minifigure that's taking part in the activities in her wheelchair, as well as diverse skin tones that can help children see toys that look like them. The instructions are also very simple to follow, so most children should be able to build it independently without guidance.

He has a whole Lego town him and his mother built together. So what town is complete without a skate park? I couldn't believe this set was over 400pcs. It doesn't look like it when you look at the picture. But when you open the box, you realize just what you got yourself into. The instructions were pretty easy and the set was nowhere as intimidating as I first suspected. But it was just enough of a slight challenge looking for the pieces that it is perfect for kids and adults to enjoy doing together. In the end, we are very satisfied and he loves how his little Lego town is coming together. I personally love that there is so much variety that everyone can feel included and there is always something new to build.

I bought this for my niece as a belated birthday present. I always get her a Lego kit as a belated birthday present for a quiet weekend activity for her and her parents. I really enjoy the Lego friends, while the sets are mostly easier to build than their city counter parts there is a lot of added value on the play side. Not only do you get a skate park you get a shop, a work shop and hang out area. The colorful 90's vibe was what attracted me as the buyer to notice it on the shelf. It is also nice to see the exclusiveness of the set recognizing para sports with the wheel chair and the scooter. Would recommend for any child who prefers role playing/decorating over single interest.
