LEGO Party Llama BeatBox 43105 Building Set (82 Pieces)

If you love a musically themed toy or Lego mini-figure, this set nails it. The Llama is what drew me in, and in person it's tall and colorful! The set itself is really the “beatbox” like its titled, which means the partier stands in the build. Display style with tons of printed pieces that look like posters. I haven't tried the app for music videos nor will I. Worth it especially since it retired years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a four year old that loves legos and this was a really fun set for us to build. I love that it's smaller and everything fits inside the box to keep all of your pieces together. While it has instructions for one pattern, this one really allows you to make whatever pattern you want with the variety of pieces. It also includes the party llama with two maracas. These sets are compatible with the Vidiyo lego app you can download on your phone or tablet. I will say the app is fairly slow and not very user friendly. The downloads take quite a while, which was frustrating. I also had trouble getting the app to recognized the stage setting and then properly place it in the room. I think this would be easier to use outside opposed to inside. Even though the app does have some problems, the set is still fun to build and use and has tons of vibrantly colored pieces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are huge Lego fans and this set is a great addition to our Lego collection with added fun using the VIDIYO app. First off the llama character is super cute and I love that this set basically ends up also being a case to keep all the pieces. The absolute best part about this Lego set is that it's super unique and fun once you start using it with the VIDIYO app. The app is super easy to use and you can make fun music videos using yourself and your Lego character. Once you build your set just download and open the app and then scan your character and beat bits into the app. Then you can choose from tons of awesome songs and other settings to make your video. Plus when your making your video your beat bits are all different special effects that add so much fun and laughs to the video. There are seriously so many options and it is so much fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 6 and 7 year olds ran off to put this together on their own - they did not require any assistance from me to assemble, which I always appreciate! After they finished assembling, we downloaded the app and I read a few directions for themselves and they ran off to laugh, play, and create. They had a great time!

This is a great set and I love llamas. But the price, this should be a 15 or 10 dollar set not 20. Also put more detail on the maracas not plain green. The lama head piece is awesome and the container you can hold bit bits. Also he two exclusive bit bits. I’m more about the figure not the app but I’m still going to get the app. Overall this is a great set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is a LEGO fanatic. He loves everything and anything Lego. So I picked this item out because he's also been very viral making videos for YouTube and TikTok lately. I thought he might enjoy the combination of Legos and making videos using the Lego character. It took about 5 minutes to put together and 5 minutes for it to get tossed to the side. He is 8 in my niece is 5 and neither one of them wanted anything to do with it after they got a gist of what it did on my phone. They really just didn't care for it. Sorry Lego we still love you
