LEGO - Pokémon SMART Play: Jigglypuff Concert 72159

It was just challenging enough to keep him engaged and he had a great time building this set. The smart brick is really cool and makes the sets have interactive sounds. Love Legos!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smart jiggli puff legoset is soo cool. Building it was super easy and this go great witht he Pikachu training set. I love how interactive it is with the set. It got all the cool features that make it so much fun to play with. Definitely a great addition to any collection.

Only 88 pieces it was very quick and easy for my kiddos to put together and has fun accessories. The new smart play technology is genius and makes these interactive and fun to play with after building, unlike any other LEGO out there!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great set! My 8 year old put it together all by himself super fasted with no issues at all. The instructions are clear, and it's awesome for building logic and fine motor skills. The pieces are sturdy and snap together tightly, as always with LEGO. The finished Jigglypuff looks neat and compact, and fits perfectly on the shelf. The only downside was that the set doesn't include the Lego Smart brick, so we couldn't try out the interactive features right away.

The set itself is a quick and easy build, my son built it himself with no bother. They are very cute but....its not obvious there is no smart brick included in the set and you cannot buy them separately! One very disappointed child who doesn't want to spend his hard earned pocket money on at least two big sets just to get enough smart bricks to engage in interactive play between figures. Feels a bit short sighted of Lego to not sell the smart brick separately in my opinion.

for the asking price, this set is just not worth it. You get Jigglypuff and some small concert side builds. Even if you compare this to the other sets, it's overpriced. Wouldn't buy unless you REALLY like Jigglypuff or if you're trying to get all the sets.

Really disappointed, the whole point of Jigglypuff is that it sings and puts others to sleep. Where was the research into the actual Pokemon? It could at least say its name! We spent a lot of money on the smart brick set only to be disappointed:(

We bought our set elsewhere and I guess it's my fault for not properly doing my research as I didn't know even though these sets are advertised as smart play a lot of these sets are not actually smart play you need further bricks to activate this functionality. My daughter was desperate for singing jigglypuff. She spent her hard saved pocket money on it, built it super quick but then sadly found no smart brick inside and was absolutely devastated, worse of all we've since found you can't even buy these smart bricks without buying another very expensive set. Come on Lego you can do better than this, I have a really disappointed child and I feel really disappointed as a parent that I can't even buy the extra pieces to give her the set she thought she was buying.

Just built this with my daughter and disappointed that it doesn't play a song. The product title and images all made it sound like it would play music. This is like jigglypuffs whole thing. Even charizard plays music

I was really excited to see this set come out and given the whole "concert" feel and the Pokemon itself you would expect the smart brick to enable the iconic song. Well prepare to be disappointed, instead you get a few generic noises and that's it. It will go on the shelf without the smart brick and that's about it. If I had known the set didn't sing I doubt I would have bought it.
