LEGO Speed Champions 2019 2 76896

I knew this build would have more stickers than the other LEGO Speed Champions builds so I was prepared, however I found it quite enjoyable. My favourite part of this car is the back, its beautiful with some nice details for a simple build. The spoiler is also a nice touch and the way it attaches is clever. Overall a simple build but I feel LEGO got the aesthetics right with this one.

Great looking model, easy build. Both stickers and prints are very crisp with no defects. Stickers do have to be aligned to look good though. Colours work really well. Looks much better than in the pictures, would definitely recommend.

I got this set as a b-day present it was way better then expected! The minifigure fits nicely lots of inside detail the guy comes with a helmet and hair whitch I really like. BUT the spoiler is loose and falls of easily I've pressed it down really hard but it's still loose so I need some help with that please. All in all great set!!! It looks just like the real one. (Only 4 stars for the loose spoiler)

Having been building and collecting the Speed Champions range for a few years now I picked this up as soon as I saw it! The build is completely different to the previous products in the range due to the larger scale and base plate/chassis. Overall the extra size does allow for more detail and the rear of the GTR is particularly impressive. My only issue is that due to the scale increase is looks a little odd next to the rest of the collection. I guess I'll just have to buy more of the 2020 range and start another shelf!

Not Bad ...! Pros: Some great building techniques for this 8 stud Speed Champion. Looks true and unmistakable to a Nissan GTR. Better interior design than the Ferrari. Cons: Steering wheel is not centred to the driver. The wheels also look just that bit too small. These both seem to be a common issue with the new 8 stud Speed Champions.

The actual toy is fine, as you can see its the packaging! It onlly has a walmart bag to cover the toy. My grandson, the one that the present was for, is the one that picked it up from the porch! So that ruiined that surprise, im not rich to go and buy something different!
