Extremely satisfied with my purchases. Bought 5 of those, and will probably buy even more very soon. I want to do a diorama where Anakin walks in the Jedi Temple with his legion of clones. And I refuse to buy chinese knockoff LEGO. So this army builder is very welcome :)
The 501st battlepack is what a lot of us Lego Star Wars fans were waiting for, and Lego delivered! This set is a very solid set overall. The minifigure selection is appropriate. The printing of the clones has good detail. And the addition of 2 battle droids is fine by me. For the vehicles you get both a speeder and an AT-RT which is a great selection for this set. The AT-RT is nicely detailed and moves quite nicely. The stud shooter guns on both the vehicles look fine to me. My only criticism of this set is that the price is a bit high, especially for a battlepack. I hope these expensive battlepacks do not become the new norm for lego battlepacks. Other than that I strongly recommend getting this set.
This was a birthday present for my grandson. He was so excited! Also, seller is awesome! Accurate and amazingly fast. So appreciate!
My daughter's birthday is coming up, %26 we're in the process of watching through The Clone Wars TV show. This also has gotten my daughter %26 I interested in buying a few of the Lego Clone Wars sets, %26 I think this "501st Legion Clone Troopers" is one of the coolest ones out there. The small Walker, in particular, is really neat, as is the large, armed speeder bike. The set comes with one 501st Jet(pack) trooper, three regular Clone troopers, %26 two of the goofy, basic Battle Droids for the clone troopers to battle. And if you pick up Captain Rex in his Y-Wing Microfighter (readily avail. for only about $10), then he can lead the troops against the Droid forces. I'm also thinking of picking up the "Clone Trooper %26 Battle Droid Battle Pack set" to 'even the odds' between the droids %26 the clone troopers.

My son liked the Speeder and enjoyed putting this set together. he's 10 and put it together easily. we felt it was a bit expensive and were expecting a larger set for the price.
Nice to see LEGO listening to Ryan and his campaign to bring out a 501st battle pack. Complaints are, no printing on belt area or arm printing, which is always disappointing. Barc speeder and AT-RT are too big. Could of made them smaller and added a few super battle droids.
Bought this set for my son's birthday. Great looking set all around and I love the colour scheme and the 4 clone troopers make this a steal. The main reason for the set was that my son wanted a AT-RT walker. The disappointment is that the walker no longer stands on it's own - it just flops over. My son is a good builder and took it apart and put it back together a few times - after all, that's what lego should be for, right? Unfortunately this seems to have loosened the hinges in the legs so now it won't stand. Sadly, my son doesn't play with this fine looking set any more and I've downgraded the playability score as a result. Note that we have followed the directions carefully - this isn't about HOW we built it - it's that it wasn't meant to be taken apart, which really, is something lego should be made for.
