Been said a lot but way too expensive like most of the Last Jedi sets but its worse because of the Rogue ones complete AT-ST release only a few years ago that was cheaper. On the brighter side the new print for rose is nice and Phasma is a nice inclusion as only been in one other set.
I'm a huge fan of the walkers! I love the at at and the heavy assault walker and the rouge one at st! But this one! Right when I saw it I thought to myself: did they just take the rogue one at st and smash the head over the table and then put a bb8 on it! This set is just useless! It can't go into your army and there's really no play value either. This was just a funny scene from the last Jedi and doesn't require a set. It's just a disappointment!
I've been a fan of Lego Star Wars from the very beginning, and must say that this is among the most disappointing sets ever released. The minifigures are great (as is typical for the Star Wars theme), but the build and finished model seem VERY incomplete. At the very least, this set should have included a "removable" AT-ST head (as seen in the film). Instead we're left with a model that seems unfinished and looks rather silly on display. If you're interested in the minifigures, I recommend acquiring them elsewhere and saving your money for a far better set (such as the new UCS Millennium Falcon!). Pros: Cool minifigures Clever "walking" feature Cons: Model seems incomplete Unattractive elevator accessory
I received this set as a gift from a friend as it was the one set he didn't think I owned, and he was right. I never intended to buy this for myself because it seemed like an exceptionally high price for a set with so little. While constructing this set I couldn't help but wonder why a detachable AT-ST "head" wasn't included and a pretty useless (and rather ugly looking) 'lift' was included instead. I really felt like this set, as a whole, was severely lacking in almost every way. The only positive thing about it is the minifigures, but they don't justify the price point. I would definitely NOT recommend this set to ANYONE, even die hard fans of Lego and Star Wars alike. Save your money people! Pros: Exceptional minifigures. Cons: Awful design, high price point, useless 'lift'
Really LEGO this set is terrible? It's half a walker and nearly ten euro more than the fantastic rogue one at st it makes no sense for that price it should be a full walker that perhaps comes apart if u want to do like the movie honestly very week and overpriced set LEGO I'm not impressed
This set is a joke. I bought this set to review, and as I said in the review, this is terrible! I have no clue why it was made! It's over priced, and considering we had a fantastic at-st model that looks great, and has a lots of play features. I hope this was a one time phenomenon and LEGO will never push something this terrible on us again. If you don't believe me, just look at the fan reaction.
I love LEGO - especially Star Wars LEGOs. However, this set feels like a slap in the face. The main build isn't even a complete build and looks TERRIBLE on display. The side build feels forced in just to get the piece count up, when in reality, this could've been accomplished by actually offering the head to the walker. The only reason I got this was because I'm a sucker for minifigures and didn't get Captain Phasma the first time around. Therefore, unless you or your child completely loved this scene in The Last Jedi, I wouldn't buy this product.
Tried it at a Korean Lego cafe before buying it. Nobody in their right mind wants to eat a half-eaten pizza, so why play with a half "built" AT-ST? I mean, yes, the movie did portray it as "Damaged" but still, at least add the other half of it to make it better looking, instead of having the entire part of the AT-ST taken off!
Good mini figs. That's about it. As others have said, the Rogue One is about ten euro cheaper for a MUCH better Lego build. Elevator is just pointless. I wish it had a top, and there is a completed one in the movie if you look closely while Kylo Ren is looking out the window. Lego, no offence, but please take this away. It is just horrible.
Been a huge fan of all the walkers... until this one... Bit of a joke really, an "incomplete" AT-ST that costs more than the released price of set 75153 (Rogue One AT-ST). At least it should come with a "detachable" top, so that it resembles what you see in the movie, BB-8 hiding inside, only to be revealed as the top got blown apart. The only redeemable part of this set (or not, due to its price) is the minifigures.
