LEGO Star Wars Slave I 1996 Piece Ultimate Building Set 75060

My 8 year old son built this over three days. That said, he has built at least a dozen sets prior. A difficult set, but not unmanageable with patience, persistence and some adult help. I like the size and realism of this model. Solid. Lego is still ridiculously expensive, but if I can get my 8 year old to concentrate on 200+ pages of detailed instructions for 3 days, that's not a bad investment.

My 12 year old boy loved getting this for Christmas. I was afraid it would be too difficult for him to put together as it is the largest lego we had ever bought him, but he proved us wrong. He spent most of Christmas day putting it together, and it was big and awesome. There were no missing pieces:) He did say he had lego hands when he was finished, they hurt a bit, but he loved it.

I bought this recently & I'm so happy with it. It was such a great piece to build & it's crazy how detailed legos are nowadays.

Incredibly detailed and we'll put together kit. It's very large and looks fantastic as a collectors piece. It was packaged very well and came in good time as a Christmas gift.

I bought this a few weeks ago for my 11yr old and he loved it. It arrived on time and in good condition. It took a few days to put it together but he enjoyed every minute.

I had so much fun building the Slave1. The Lego engineers never cease to amaze me. Its a welcome departure from the monochromatic models I've gotten used to. I may actually take this apart and rebuild it. Build one today!

Bought this for my husband as a gift. He loved it that he started putting it together as soon as he was off work. Definitely a bigger set and takes some time putting together, but he enjoyed doing so and it's now a nice addition to the rest of the Lego Star Wars sets we have.

Would have been a 5 star but 1 piece was missing. Called Lego and they are sending a replacement. No hassle.

A gift for my son (10) he loved it and took many hours to assemble it.

I was very impressed with Walmart speed in shipping the item and their packaging and the fact that they even had this in stock. Unfortunately it was missing a ton of parts!! And since it's lego I have to go through the mm to fix this matter. It has been a nightmare and extremely disappointing. But the matter has been resolved and hopefully the new one lego is giving us will be a winner.
