The best part about it is that the x wing fighter actually makes shooting sounds .All build pieces can be tyrn on by placing a special brick. Wow what a technology.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a really big fan of Lego, so I was very excited to be able to build the new Lego Smart brick sets. The first build was Luke's Red 5 X-wing. The instructions are really easy to follow with the included booklet. The materials, being the Lego brand, are top quality, and everything fits very securely. It was really fun, and I do love the interactive Smart brick features as it adds a fun dimension to the sets. My only criticism is that the Smart brick only comes in the more expensive set, so you wouldn't be able to fight or play with two kits together. I love the included Princess Leia and R2D2 mini-figures. The lights and sounds are very impressive.

He didn't want a diner, was so eager to start it and he finished it same day after a few hours. This luke's X wing looks already amazing and they added a smart brick to the set and made it another lever adding a motion activated sounds and lights. This set comes with smart luke and smart leia and seeing them react during the play is a really fun touch. There's a lot of little builds too, like the turret and command centre so you get plenty to do. It's longer, more detailed build, but still super kid friendly and perfect for a star wars fan

It has four separate makes. That means we all got to join in - making the Lego together. It is well thought out that the bags match the instruction books. They were all straightforward to build then we had fun with the smart play. The smart play brings the Lego to life. It was so easy to set up and the app took about a minute to download. The smart brick adapts to each character and equipment piece. For example with Princess Leia it gets the computer to send and receive transmissions. Every time the kids play with it, it seems to do different things. It makes sounds to motion, makes firing noises and get the characters to make noises. This is a fantastic set. Really good value for money with everything you get. Massively impressed as we have spent the weekend building and playing with it. May the force be with you

The while build it is such a great quality, fantastic attention to the details which makes it relaxing and very enjoyable to build from very first piece to very last one. The instruction is super easy to follow, the pieces fit together perfectly, and the final model feels very sturdy and perfectly balanced. Once finished looks amazing on the display. I believe it is great set for both younger builders and adult Star Wars collectors. I would highly recommend this set as I believe it is fantastic value for the money.

The set comes with everything one needs from instruction guide book, one smart brick, a smart charger, two smart mini figures, Luke and Princess Leia and five smart tags. Once the whole set is built, it looks stunning and sturdy. The smart brick functions smoothly, lifting the ship and swooshing it around generates sound and realistic noises. The response is incredibly fun. The interactive app.keeps the young children engaged throughout the play time. This is a perfect gift for the children who wants their toy to come alive and be interactive..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The SMART play Luke's Red Five X-wing Lego set was a huge hit with our family. My 8 year old was able to put it together almost entirely on his own which made the experience even more fun and rewarding. The instructions were easy to follow, and the build kept him engaged the whole time. The SMART play features are honestly much cooler than described on the box. You get a SMART brick that lights up and makes sounds when in proximity of a SMART tag which can be a minifig or a piece placed on the x-wing. Once everything was out together, there were a lot of interactions that makes play immersive and fun.

So much FUN! My 7-year-old had an absolute blast building this set and has loved playing with it ever since. He was able to complete the build independently and has already figured out most of the functions on his own—which made it even more rewarding to watch. This set includes the new Smart Brick (currently not sold separately), so if you're considering multiple sets, be sure your first purchase includes one. It also comes with an X-Wing, Command Center, Charging Cart, Torrent, and five minifigures (two of which are “smart”). Highly recommend this engaging and interactive LEGO set! Update: My son discovered that the button on the back activates the shooting sound—turns out he had a piece slightly out of place. Once he fixed it, everything worked perfectly! It was such a cool moment to see the Smart Brick in action—the cause-and-effect design helped him identify the issue and problem-solve on his own. Really impressive and fun to watch!
