Since 2013, when I was 8 years old, I've always wanted a gunship. Since I didn't have any money back then, I had to wait for 10 years, and honestly, it was worth it. This set is just amazing; it takes me back to that time when I had all the time in the world to play with my siblings. Now, more details about the set itself: the building process is very pleasing. I never had any issues; it was both simple and challenging at the same time. The figures are majestic. Honestly, I don't mind any inaccuracies in the fox figure. The shock troopers are spot-on, and Padmé and Palpatine are beautiful additions. I would definitely recommend this set for any Clone Wars or sequel fans. It's a solid 10/10!
This is my first ever Lego gunship and I'm very pleased with it. Great build, really hefty and I love the mini figures especially Palpatine. Don't be put off by not having gun turrets this is a great set. A fine addition to my collection.
Tbh best set i've ever bought myself as a kid i always wanted one of these and now that i have it i couldn't complain the the inside is a little tight but the swooshablity and play features make up for it
Large ship with opening doors, lasers, and minifigures! Beautiful and easy to hold.
It is an awsome set and really reminds me of thr clone wars and overall a great set with good play featres
The whole thing is not the most accurate to starwars, the doors are not the best, the bubble guns are horrendous, and the control room in front of the cockpit is empty and needs to have something there. The integrity of the build is very very well made and sturdy, the figures for padme, palpatine, and the coruscant guard troopers are amazing, but the captain fox is subpar. For starters its chest is wrong, and it's pink where it should be white. 2nd the the fact that the leg print pattern doesn't go all the way around is lazy, and that includes the normal clones as well. The visor is supposed to be black, and the kilt that's supposed to be around his waist is printed on the front of his legs which is very ugly.
I was totally surprised by this set in a very positive way. First of all you get 5 minifigures (3 shock troopers that are very well designed, padme and palpatine) and the building experience is quite enjoyable. It maybe be a bit expensive but for me it was totally worth it. The playability is pretty good and this set is perfect for display.
Overall, I quite enjoy this set. The republic symbol stickers should have been prints, in my opinion, as the sticket is noticeably darker than the brick it is placed on. The build was fun, no complaints there. I would however, have preferred an additional clone trooper instead of Padmé. She's a nice figure, but I don't think she belongs in this particular set.
Loved the build and enjoyed making it my only problem is how small the interior is compared to older gunships which could fit 2 squads of clones or a speeder inside
Way to much money half the price would have been perfect. As usual light on figures, Fox was poorly done the shock troopers were good but the holes in the helmet is annoying. The handle interferes with the already crowed crew space I am a harsh reviewer and this overall is a good set just not worth more then 150AUD.
