LEGO Super Heroes The Batcave 6860

I got this for my 5 year old son for christmas. We put it all together in probably about and hour, I'm sure if I did it myself it would've been quicker but we had fun. Very easy instructions and he absolutely loves it just make sure you save the directions for when it falls of the table into a million peices! You'll need them to get it back together. Great product!

I had a 2012 LEGO Catalog and my son pointed out this particular Batcave Set. The challenge was finding one now that it's 2013. Even LEGO.com didn't have one available at this time. Walmart had it and I did a site-to-store purchase right away. That was super convenient. My 7-year old son easily follows the instructions in the box and completes the entire thing by himself. After about a month or so, he will dismantle the set and simply build NEW cars, motorcycles, spaceships, etc. - whatever his imagination allows! I believe toys like LEGOS stimulate the mind and are worth the investment into your child's life!

Purchased for savvy 8 year old grandson. Excellent purchase. Packaged section-by-section for easy assembly. Needed little adult assistance with assembly. The elevator is cool and the entire "cave" is great. Keeps him playing with his imagination for hours. He loved it!

My son (8) used his birthday money to get this as he had been wanting it for some time. He is extremely happy with his purchase and was able to put it all together by himself in just a couple of hours.

Great purchase for a gift for a boy who loves Batman and Legos

The young person was excited to receive the Batcave and said it was more than he expected. I was very pleased with WalMart's on line shopping and free delivery, although I used the next level for shipping due to time restraints. It was delivered as promised.

From the moment he opened it my eight year old was completely engrossed. He didn't have any trouble with the instructions but it does take time.

Very stimulating for my 8 year son who LOVES lego sets. I would definitely recommend this products for someone of his age.

Our 3 year old loves this toy and can play with it even though it was recommended for older children. The adults in our home had fun putting it together. It is a fun puzzle, but it doesn't stay together too easily. We used super glue in places so it wouldn't fall apart when played with. There were also a few pieces missing. Not surprising, considering how many pieces are involved, but still irksome. I would suggest to people who plan on buying it that they find a place to set it up where they can keep it for a while. Otherwise be prepared to put some parts back together after you move it. It was also a bit expensive for the "average" quality of the toy. The good news is, our grandchild is very happy with his Batcave.
