I got the LEGO Super Mario: Mario Kart Yoshi Bike (72031) for my child this Christmas, and it was an absolute hit! The set is bright, colorful, and incredibly engaging. My 8-year-old loved building it and then racing it with Mario — the interactive elements kept him entertained for hours. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, making it fun for kids to build with minimal adult help. The Blue Yoshi figure is adorable and adds a fun twist to the Mario Kart experience. It's also a perfect addition for LEGO Super Mario collectors. This set made a fantastic stocking stuffer and sparked so much joy on Christmas morning. This was a gift for my little brother since he absolutely LOVES Mario, and Yoshi is one of his favorites. I had to assemble it for him, but I didn't find that difficult at all! It's cute, and I like that the shells shoot out of the kart. I'd say it was worth it since he seems pretty happy about it :)
As a big Yoshi fan, my son loved building this and really likes the fact it goes with all his Mario LEGO. A very well received little gift and a very happy son.
This set was fun to build and play with I enjoy throwing the turtle shells at the cones, it was an affordable set. The Super Mario collection is great.
Super cute I'm not usually a huge fan of these blocky Mario sets but this one looks great and was fun to build! It also would be a great gift modest price but still fun!
This lego set is packed with fun as usual! It was a pleasure to build and kept me invested throughout the process. Yoshi's bike is packed with little details that made it feel very creative building. I love the inclusion of power ups in the build. Overall, I'd give this set 5 stars.
This is so close to a perfect set. Price and build are on point. However, its impossible to play with as Yoshi does not stay on the bike. Held on by two studs, if you connect them securely, the front of the bike falls apart as Yoshi's nose presses into the windshield.
The egg hubcaps only decorate one side of the bike wheels... It's a cool bike! I made a stopmotion with the set!
Unless you're a beginner at building Lego or a Yoshi fan, this set would not be such a thrill to build. That, and it looks wried seeing a dinosaur on a motorcycle and would be trickier moving the set about and making motorcycle noises then it would be building it without it falling over.
