LEGO Technic Bugatti Bolide Race Car Model Building Set, Collectible Sports Car Toy, 42151

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Amazing build experience. A bit disappointed with the obscene amount of stickers versus printed parts though. The technic part was pretty straightforward with the features and shape of the car being accurately represented.

Added Hub 88009 and Medium Motor 88008 for the steering to port B and Large Motor 88013 as the Drive motor to port A . Used the Powered UP App to make a simple program to control the car.

This was my second ever technic set! My first being the dump truck. So, what do I make of this Bugatti simply put fantastic. Despite the fact that this kit comes with an obscene amount of stickers, I loved the challenge and the app really helped accentuate angles in which I found the instruction manual to be a bit lacking. The functionality of this kit is superb but one thing I'd prefer to be improved on is the amount of negative space between panels. Still for the price, it's a joy to build and a stunning display piece.

Amazing recreation of a Bugatti. Moving pistons and steering wheel controlling it. Very true to the picture on the box. The only concern is it may be difficult for even the age recommended. Be sure to have a helpful hand around for those tough to insert and remove pieces. A couple of days build unless you sit down and work for a few hours.

so of course my kid is into Legos and cars he got this for Christmas and his dad had to put it together it was tedious at the most definitely a challenge if that's what you're up for also some of the pieces do not like to stay on and I know that they're more for collectors but my son's eight and loves to play with them and he should for the money but this one yeah definitely can't it'll Fall Apart not the one beside it is amazing absolutely worth the money for that one this one's iffy if you like a challenge and you're a collector go for it

build number 3 of the 4 i bought together in this series (Corvette and Koningsegg already complete). This is the least intuitive of the car builds I've done, in places i couldn't tell what I was doing nor where the section should be fitted to the body. I made one glaring mistake (my fault, connector 90 degrees out) and had to prise a number of pieces apart to correct. Wasn't fun and I couldn't unpick the pieces because I had pushed a pin in that fixed things in place. Many sections are only held in place at one end, you might expect this to make the car more fragile but it seems to have more solidity than i had been expecting. The instructions are generally good, but more close-up images of fixing point would have been useful. The whole set came in 4 bags (5 for Corvette, 7 for koeningsegg) this can mean there is a bit of hunting for pieces early in each bag - i would have preferred more separation. Stickers - less said the better but i found the stickers on the lower bumper section pretty much impossible to place. Overall it looks pretty good, build was OK, so I gave a 4 out of 5 rating

In the Lego instructions building bulk there is a mistake on page 35 step step 71 you Lego has a labelled the 11 stud technic beam the 15 stud icon and the 15th stud technic beam the 11 stud icon

If you're considering buying this really cool car for someone, please GO GET IT from the store!! This was ordered as a gift and was delivered to my home. It looked like a large sticker was adhered to the front of the box, then ripped off, ruining the front of the box. I even marked it as a gift, but what can I say? Who bothers to read those things? How do I fix this to still give it as a gift? LEGOS are so cool as gifts for the holidays, but now I'm not sure what to do.

Although this is a nice looking car when finished, many of the pieces were very tight and a lot of them were unnecessary. The engine pistons that go up and down are hidden behind so many other pieces that it's really not worth the trouble to build them. You'd be much better off spending your money on the Senna McLaren F4/4 car.

Box came crushed on one side and it's supposed to be a gift so I'm returning
