LEGO Technic Fast & Furious Dom’s Dodge Charger, Race Car Toy Building Set, 42111

Great Lego set I know I bought it back in March but since I bought several different sets. Just finished it few days ago It's medium level set when building it but i recommend it to anyone who enjoys a cars and a challenge. Was excellent!! I had a blast making it. I would definitely recommend it to someone else but you have to have a lot of Patience with this and a lot of free time.

Husband enjoyed putting it together even though it had some confusing directions, but did get it done and sets in a cabinet with others

Terrific Lego set. Also, very pleased with Walmart's delivery. I preordered it and got it before it was expected.

I wasn't sure about getting this car for my collection, and was thinking of the new Batmobile too. Once the set came and I started building it, I started to love it. The car looks great and has lots of functionality. The engine looks good and the car looks great with my other ones.

I was hesitant at first to get this set because of all the complaints that it wasn't brick-built or as aesthetic as the Mustang but honestly, I'm glad I looked past it, because this turned out to be a really great set. Unlike the Mustang, which kinda just sits there looking pretty, doing nothing, this thing features a moving engine with a supercharger (my favourite) a VERY simple yet wonderfully-engineered chassis just begging you to modify it, and full working suspension to boot (we haven't seen working suspension in a Technic car for this scale and price in at least 15 years). No, it's not perfect. The body could use a bit more refinement, especially with all the gaps and holes, and not sure these wheels were the right choice, but hey, that's where one's imagination and creativity comes in. As a set, it's sturdy, has lots of play-ability and modding potential and best of all, it's affordable. Also, Lego, PLEASE make the Supra. Don't leave Dom racing all on his own!! PS- I already did some minor mods of my own; swapped out the wheels for slightly bigger and more realistic ones (in my opinion) and raised the supercharger intake slightly as it is on Dom's original charger in the first FnF film.

The last set I bought did not resonate with me and was on the verge of ruining building Lego for me. I bought this as I always enjoy the technic elements in sets and I wanted to dip my toes into the technic cars. My hobby is saved! It's a simple build, it's a basic build, but it's fun build. Playability is limited to steering and wheelie bar but it looks cool. Definitely look up how to lower the car as it makes it look so much better. There are some fragile parts if you're going to push it around but nothing that's hard to put back on. If you're a fan of muscle cars, or Fast & Furious, it's not terrible at all. More sets from the movie to compliment this would be appreciated. Biggest con is it could have been a creator set and looked just a bit better, but like I said, it's also a good first step into technic. I already have the Land Rover on the way for my next project.

Being a big fan of both fast and the furious and lego cars when I saw this I had to pre order it This was my first technics and based of this not sure I would get another. I didn't find the build that enjoyable and the finished result looks a little comical in size compared to other the other lego cars i have The front and rear of car could do with being a lot more secure as they are very flimsy. I took it apart and re did as usually flimsy means you did it wrong but this is not the case on this model. The positives, the engine and suspension are great and add a real play factor to the model. Its just a shame the overral detail is not up to the standard I have come to expect and just feel they could have done a little more - here's hoping for the supra

They slapped a sticker right on the box to cover a tear on the image, but removing the sticker tore more of the image off. It wouldn't bother me but this is a gift for a collector, so that's just great /s.
