Haven’t opened it yet. Am concerned because the box was not sealed when it arrived today. (It was taped shut.). It is a gift, so I won’t know until his birthday if the interior contents have been tampered with. Hopefully, everything will be okay.

This was my very first Lego build and I had a great time. Love the attention to detail and functionality of the set. The fact that it has an actual pushrod front and pullrod rear suspension sold it for me. Will be getting the SF 24 when it releases as well.

Finally got the F1 Mercedes set. Incredible final result. A tone of stickers but that is normal for the F1 builds. Couple times had to take apart and redo but nothing bad. Just make you check where you are connecting pieces otherwise you will spend some time down the road fixing it. Overall very happy with the overall look of the set.

Fantastic build and as always very clever and the attention to detail is brilliant and the stickers helped the look but took time to apply them.

I bought this for my husband and he really enjoyed building this. He was very happy with the end result.

I have built loads of Lego sets before this but this is my first technics f1 set. And overall it’s an amazing set. The building techniques used and the details are amazing. I’m a massive f1 fan. But I did feel like there was a step missing when it came to adding the front wing from underneath the car. And there was a couple other steps that weren’t as clear as they could be. Other than these tho this set is a must have for any f1 fan

The overall build was fun and I was impressed with how large this race car is. It will look great in my office. Some instructions were a little cryptic, but I was able to sort it out. I definitely recommend this kit.

I have built multiple 1/8th models including the latest MCL39 (which I loved) When the Mercedes is finished it looks truly epic and I am glad to display it. There are many many stickers, and they totally make this model. For the first time I built the car and did the stickers in one go at the end, it definitely improves the alignment of the stickers overall. One thing I do. It like is the tyres, other models like the Ferrari launched around the same time have Pirelli tyres and these are just plain black. I will add some after market stickers to this. I think it would also be nice to number the cars a 44 on this would not be out of place! So would I buy it - yes you'll have a great build but the more recent the models the better the quality and the more fun the build! Enjoy.
