LEGO The Hobbit 79015 - Witch-king Battle

I brought this offline went to the store to pick it up and the box looked like it had been stepped on kicked and everything else. I got a refund. I was NOT going to give that as a Christmas gift. Very disappointed. I'm sure the toy was great though.

It isn't the item itself that I am upset with. I bought this as I have a son who loves Legos and Lord of the Ring/Hobbit. I am extremely upset with the fact that Walmart shipped my Lego order in a bubble wrap soft sided bag instead of putting in a solid box. I didn't notice it till I got home as it was busy at the store where I picked it up and the store employee pulled it just far enough out of the bag to allow me to see if it was the right item and not the condition of the item. Upon getting home I noticed it looked like it had been thrown around, sat on, and possibly spent a week under bigger heavier boxes. The Lego box is still intact so I am assuming the Lego set is fine. Walmart needs to be more careful in how they package and ship items, I am just lucky that it is Legos and not something more fragile like a tablet. I realize that it is the busy time of year, however, if Walmart wants people to spend their money there then they should take more care in making sure items ordered online are packaged and delivered in a manner that will ensure they not arrive questionable.
