Lehman's Cast Iron Skillet - Nitrogen Hardened Cookware, Tough but Lightweight, No Need to Season, Heatproof Glass Lid Included - 11 inch

Was a bit smaller than I anticipated when compared to a traditional cast iron skillet. Overall I'm very pleased with it. It is definitely lighter, more non-stick and the handle takes longer to get hot. I appreciate the depth of the pan and the slanted sides, They make it easy to saute and stir fry without pushing food over the sides. I highly recommend this pan.

I love the minimalist design. you can tell its a work horse. It heats evenly, holds heat well. The metal will change colors differently based on how you use, season (optional), and clean. Don't expect teflon, because it's not, realize what it is and what its for and it will perform well.

The pan stays smooth and mostly nonstick with a cast iron surface that is smooth and easy to season and keep clean. It is lightweight enough to move easily. It is heavy enough to not tip over like some other pans I have tried. I am very pleased. I use it for everything from burgers to onions to eggs.

I have had an 11” Lehman's nitrogen hardened skillet for sometime and love it for its lighter weight, see through lid and ease of cleaning. These were purchased for a friend and a newly wed couple. I added the 8” pan to my collection. They are great pans

This little frying pan is just what we needed for fixing a breakfast for two. I love the nitrogen hardened pan so we don't need to season it.

Love the lightweight. But even after many tries to season the skillet, it is still sticky when I fry my eggs.

I read that it needed to be washed with soap and water to remove the black material-carbon caused by the final machining. I waked and scrubbed it 12 times. Yet after the 12th, it still throws off carbon when washed. I like food without thee carbon from the machining. I can't recommend this pan.
