This Ab Exercise Chair is very well made, The assembly instructions were clear and it went together well...they even provide you a bit of spare hardware. This replaced an Ab Lounger that I had purchased 19 years ago. I was using it every day and doing 4 sets of 24 reps each day. I guess it was pretty worn out because with this chair I'm doing 4 sets of 12 and really feeling the burn. I can tell that I'm going to get a lot more benefit from using this one, An added bonus is that it was on sale and $20.00 less than ones I found on other well-known mail order sites.

I had one similar to this except it was not collapsible like this one. It’s very easy to assemble, use, and take down. It’s great stretching and toning the back and AB’s.
