It was great to see that the bench was 90% assembled. Putting the final parts on was easy. It is well built. Great engineering - it adjusts to different positions for both seat and back rest, and it holds 660 lbs! It also folds which is great when you only have multi-use spaces. With regards to the folding, it could benefit from a latching mechanism to keep it folded while it is being moved. I used adjustable straps for that purpose but it took some trial and error to get it right. I highly recommend it.

Overall, this is a good portable workout bench. The setup was quick, and it folds up enough to put it out of the way. Keep in mind, it may not fold flat enough to push under a bed, but it folds up enough to set it to the side or in a closet for more floor space. It certainly takes up less room than a standard weight bench. The one negative aspect of the bench is how the fold up bars function. For many foldable products, the bar/knob pulls out so you can fold it up. However, for this workout bench, the knobs have to be twisted. It isn't hard, but it's not preferable, especially if you're in a hurry. That is the only negative comment about the weight bench, but overall, for the money, it's still a good item.
