Leisure Arts Kit Embroidery 8" Green Fields Embroidery Kit

Clear instructions are appreciated. It's been a while since I have done needlepoint so I was glad for the clear instructions. It's just the right size for getting back into it. I will definitely look to this brand for my next project.

It's cute and lets me honor my “turning into little old lady” stage in life.

It can with everything needed, neatly wrapped. And it was a nice gift. I see it hanging up now in the gift-receiver's home and it looks lovely!

directions are clearly written and fine for a beginner. there's enough thread if you are not wasteful.

Love this kit, although I had to find some extra green thread to finish some of the sections, what it came with wasn't quite enough.

Love this kit! Like other reviewers I too had to add some extra green thread to finish but so worth it! This kit was sooooo much fun to make. The colors are so beautiful, the stitches were fun to do and it looks so nice on display. I especially liked that the background color was blue, not white. Instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Considering making the same kit again it was that enjoyable.

The design is bigger than the hoop so either the clouds or flowers or both will be compromised when finished. Because of that I may make mine into a small pillow or display in another way. (Just be aware it won't look as pictured. ) Another kit I just finished from the same maker had some design flaws and missing instructions so I do hope this one is at least complete in that way. The price was right and I think it will still be fun to work on.

Embroidery floss is cheap, directions for me as a beginner was not well done. Amount of floss givin was stingy

The needle included in the kit has an eye too small to put 6 strands of floss through, as required by this project. I used a needle I had at home. Lots of floss, but not all the colors you need are included. The pattern is slightly too large for the hoop. Color charts are incorrectly labeled. Overall quality is very poor. Waste of money.
