Hot Italian sausage
We've always done all processing of venison ourselves (grinding, jerky, etc) but taken wild hog meat to a processor and had it made into hot Italian sausage. Decided to try turning a few shoulders into my own hot Italian sausage and couldn't have come out better! The ratios of meat to seasoning were perfect and I will definitely be back for more.

We packaged over a 800lbs of sausage this year and using the bags is the only way to go I used 2" tube with dual grinder and was done in half the time it normally takes

Great I killed some hogs and made 🌭 sausage it was lot better than using freeze bags was unable to take photos.

Really liked the bags, so much more convenient than having to cut and seal both ends. Price seams to be cheaper than rolls.
