Venison pepperoni
Very good. Will be getting more. Used it with Ground venison and beef fat. 5lb/1lb ratio. 1 cup non fat dry milk for binder with extra 1 cup water, 1 lb summer sausage casings. Smoked. Excellent

A Favorite
Shared it with family and friends and received many compliments on how good it was. All were surprised that it was homemade. I'll be busy making more.

Jerky tasty
The seasoning was great! Kept the jerky that we made tasteful and the curing salt dried it pretty well too. All round good stuff

Need more seasoning than directions call for
Seasoning is not strong enough. To get a good flavor have to reduce the meat to where the package does about 18 lbs instead of 25 lbs sausage
